Re: Shingle repair

It is with severe disappointment that I am moved to chronicle an unsavory situation. Hail damage ~ August of 2011 caused me to get repair quotes for replacing the shingles on my roof. Integrity Construction group was hand selected due primarily to sales person, Honorable [redacted], USN Retired. Repairs were completed ~October 2011 for cost of ~$10,700 which was paid in full.

January 2013 witnessed a winter storm that up-lifted a section of shingles (qty. ~ 15) on my garage roof. The thrust behind my consternation is Integrity Construction Group failure to respond to my requests to come out and repair. Following are date / time stamps of my verbals to them dialing [redacted]:

It is my hope that all hands here have a vested interest in repairing my family’s home. Further neglect of service may jeopardize the worthiness of the affected shingles and possible void any warranty from the manufacturer.

As of 13 July, 2013 they still have not contacted me.
