We never abandoned the project, I asked you to send the original contractWhen plaster was added, we asked for the next draw on the contractI went over the next day with the invoice for the plaster and the concrete that we didWhen I came over the day after I was supposed to be there for my draw, you told me you weren't going to pay me a dime for that or the concreteAs far as a conspiracy, I don't know what you are talking about.?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Scott's response is absurd and ridiculousThis investigation needs to be taken very seriously and far more interrgation is need than this min format can supportThe facts are: the pool was to be completed in July of this yearBy September the project wasn't even half completedScott would show up for a day or two and then would disappear for weeks at a timeThe project became very confrontational and Scott stopped answering or returning my phone calls. On October the 10th Mirage Pools did in fact install the plaster (months behind schedule) with full knowledge that there had been no equipment installed or support available to properly cure the plasterMirage Pools obviously did conspire and knowingly install the plaster to extort and demand payment, which Scott attempted the following morningScott presented a document claiming it to be the original "contract" and demanded 15,When I questioned this he became enragedI asked how it was possible that we could owe him 15k, when there was only 11,owed for the total completed projectI also asked why the 25,in pool equipment , cover, and decking that was supposed to be installed with previous payments (28,000)had not yet been installedWhen I confronted him with this he packed up and leftSince then we have had seven other pool contractors at the site to determine how to go about completing the project, all have commented and declared it to be the worst work ever witnessedWe since discovered at least three other clients of scotts to have had simular experiences, and have pending lawsuitsThe bottom line here is Scotts work and abandonment of the project will cost us far more than the original contractCurrent costs are as follows; plaster and tile repair 20,000, pool equipment and installation 10,000, pool cover and installation 9,000, electrical work 1,500, cover box, coping and repair 4,500, concrete and deck work 10,000, site clean up and hauling 3,Please if you are truly intersted in investigating this I have much more information we chronicled during the course of this projectWe are also in contact with previous clients attorneys in consideration of a class style action against Integrity pools and it affiliates
Sincerely,

You are well aware of the answers to all of these issues.  I have answered them over and over.  I have met with you, with you and the builder, with you, the builder and my attorney in meetings, and still you take the same potion even though I have explained why you are being unreasonable...

over and over.  The answers to your issues, again, are:#1 the coping has no straight edges for a couple reasons it is stamped concrete and the other is it is all radius areas.  Two chips are not unusual or unexpected.   the two chips we have been out 3 times to fix and there where people swimming in the pool you cant get the patch work wet for 3 days like I have told you.  Yet when we try and arrange a time to fix this, you cannot ever comply with our need to keep it dry.#2 from the first day we where talking about the the cover being over sized you knew it needed blowers to keep it up properly before we even poured the concrete.   You yourself said you did not want to spend any more money. Now you have put something of a sealer with stain on top.   We did that.  Now there is to much friction on the top and it will not close or open you added it not me. You also wanted the cover to open more. Again, we did what you asked.  Now it hits the stones over fabric and concrete the weaker material you will wear a hole in it.#3 #4 when I talked to you about isolating the tub with a separate booster pump you told me no.  I also told you that without a booster pump, the water would only move around in the tub no bubbles. You and your wife said that was fine.  Again, you got what you were willing to pay for.#5 I told you I would supply the labor to strip and do the work, but you have to pay for material in advance.  Remember, you had me stain it once and told me you would pay, and you still have not paid for that.#6 you where there when I put the none skid on there, so you have to know it is there.we have gone over this for over a year now you know where I stand on this we will go and fix the concrete but you have to pay for the materiel.  And only if the materiel is something we can get off with out destroying the deck, as if we have to destroy the deck, then that is a different issue.as far as the hot tub, you need pay for the isolation pumps and all materiel and we will cut them apart. On the blowers the same as the hot tub.I talked to you about the money that you owe me pay me half of what you owe me put the balance in a escrow assonant impartial  party see its done then I get the balance at that that time I will release the lien.Again, I and my attorney think I being imminently reasonable, fair and patient with you.  The facts tell this same story.
