First off let start of by saying I waited two months tobget this Appointmentwhen I made this appointment I informed them that I was Bariatric Patient and I also gave them my weightThe woman I spoke with informed me that my weight was not and issue and that I would be able to get dental care with themSo after two months my appointment was on 10/7/I arrived at integrity dental from the time I walked in I got unprofessional looks and looksI filled out all of my paper work and waited maybe 15mins when I was called back I took my wheelchair and was place in a room the Dental assistant ask me what was going on I began to tell her and she stopped me in the middle of my conversationShe was like I don't think this isn't going to work she said I will be right back!! Her and another woman came in together she was like your to big for our chair we are not going to be able to do anything for youshe continued to say I was to big and even with my wheelchair they can't help me and that I needed to find hospital dental care
My feelings were crushed not only was I Embarrassed but I was heartbroken I was still in pain from my teethI felt disrespected and I felt like I was Discriminated against I told them two months earlier That I was a large Patient They Assured Me that was not a issue or problemSo for anyone else please not if your BIG Or fat please don't go to integrity dental
