With that being said, the primary role of nickel in the majority of fashion jewelry is to act as an bonding agent between the core metal(s) & plating finishes. It also helps to improve surface imperfections that are a result of casting. We are very keen to the federal regulations and have complied by them since day one. Non of our jewelry is advertised as being nickel-free. In regards to the compliant filed by *** ***, for an order placed on February 2nd, in the amount of $383.60, we are willing to work together to come to a mutual resolution.Best Regards

We have tested and sent the results to the client to prove that the goods we sell were truly .925. There were some items where we no longer have stock but would be happy to resend the results of the items still stocked. Be advised that this client also did order various styles that were not .925 Sterling Silver which was clearly stated on the site. Thanks,[redacted]

testing on 28th September I have attached test results from the London
Assay Office that show silver with nickel plating, and no rhodium, on an item advertised
and sold by J Goodin as ‘Genuine Rhodium Plated to Sterling Silver'I
cannot trust that the rest of my stock is actually rhodium platedI have
received no proof that the composition of other items I have purchased from J
Goodin are as stated on their websiteThis leaves me with over $of
un-saleable stock which I would like to return

As J Goodin was not responding you suggested I could call the Department of Consumer Affairs, who then referred me to the Jewellers Vigilance Committee.[redacted] of the Jewellers Vigilance Committee has assigned me a case file (no.[redacted]) and also sent a letter to J Goodin on the 5th April 2016 to which they have not responded.The response from J Goodin to the Revdex.com on the 9th May 2016 still does not resolve my complaint. Their claims are unsubstantiated. They have provided neither myself, the Revdex.com, or the JVC with any copies of test results. Please find my composition report and letters from the London Assay Office, as well as the letter sent by the JVC attached to this email.
