We hired this company to remodel our basement. It’s been over five months and we are still not near finishing this project. It’s been a project management nightmare. So disorganized, no communication, extreme turn over mid-project. We are to the point where we just want to cut our losses and be done with them! They hire shotty subcontractors that don’t complete their end of the bargain, or don’t do it right the first time. We are left completely in the dark and don’t know what’s next, where we are at, or who to even talk to half the time! I see they have an A+ rating... what a joke! They seriously couldn’t be worse! I give them a D or even an F!

Three times we had our work crews go out to the house, and they were turned away by the home owners. Every time they did that, it delayed the project by at least two weeks. This made it difficult to complete the job, but if we are not allowed access to the job, we can not finish it. The shower surround that we ordered was special ordered, and the manufacturer sent out the wrong size, which meant that we would have to re-order it. So between the material providers and the home owners, we have had our challenges.

I do not accept this response. They refer to a time that we stopped the crew from working because they were doing a poor job and using damaged sheet rock. Why would we allow that to continue? When we discussed this with Inrefits and were told they would not use damaged sheet rock, they did again! This is what caused us to stop the crew a second day (NOT 3 times as was stated by Integrity). This counts for 2 days of the overall project. I am NOT talking about this instance nor the special orders/back order items. Obviously that is out of Integrity ‘s control. I am referring to the poor communication, and all other delays on this project.
