had a fence gate put up weeks later post was leaning they came out to fix it months later it was leaning again they blamed it on nature and said warrenty was void in contract it states matterial is years labor they will not answere phone calls or emails I am unable to get ahold of themi already had the original post replased and it was leanng do to not installed proberly wast deap enough and only one bag of concrete was used now not even a year later the other post is leaning and gate wont shut

Per phone conversation with *** ***:He states that the company, nor does any other company cover for warping; he advised that is caused due to nature He also states that the work was done over a year ago, and that he offered to address the issue, but he will not do the work for free

Per conversation with *** ***:He says that he was willing to work with the consumer and charge about $to install new post, but they were unaccepting and wanted the work done for free He advised that because they were referrals, he wanted to work with them and resolve the matter but they want him to do the work for free and he simply cannot do that.He advised that there is nothing in writing regarding the specifics of the warranty He advised that if the wood was rotting or something along those lines, then he would absolutely cover it, but he says he has no control over warping

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We talked to integrity fencing after several calls and a verbal agreement over the phone was made in august of 2015 for us to buy a new fence post (which we did) and they would install it under  warrenty.  After several months the post was never replaced. I just reviewed the contract again to make sure and it does state that materials are covered for 12 years and labor is 5 years under warrenty.  Im not sure how nature can the be the blame for an outdoor fence post falling over.  If it is warped I feel that it should be covered under the material warrenty. Now to add to all of this the other side of the fence is beginning to fall over as well.Regards,
