We were sorry to here that this customer didn't feel like they received what they paid for but in fact they didWe completed all contracted work with the exception of the carpet installationThe customer received a refund check to reimburse for not installing the carpetAll materials including carpet have been delivered to the customer.We spent countless days going back to this customers house to try and make them happy but their punch list grew larger after each visit and the complaints about workmanship were not valid then and are not valid now.We have pictures showing the completed work and customer paid their bill in fullCustomer never raised any of these issues with the crew, myself or the supervisor on the job while the work was being completedIt was only after the job was completed that we started receiving threatening emails wanting half of their money back for so called "substandard workmanship".We strive hard on every job we do to make sure every customer is happy with the services we offer and are proud of our reputation for doing soWe reached out to this customer many times to try and resolve the issue but they refuse to listen to reason and only continue to send threatening emails and wanting half of their money back

*** ***, Integrety Frist walk off the job at the end of January and was fully aware of the problems I provided job status reports going back to October, and in January started using blue painters tape to note the areas that needed attention Mr*** and I walked through the house and he verbally agreed that the items needed addressing Updated had been provided in October, November, December, and January Some of which I found laying around in the garage with job site waste that was to have been hauled off.In February, after Mr*** walked off the job, I emailed and sent vie USPS certified mail a great deal of documentation (have attached an updated version of those files) and have had received no direct response regarding unfinished work (other than the carpet was delivered). Provided documentation included the status of each item on the contract, line by line I did received was a small check that would not covered the work left to be done That check when deposited bounced The check was for $3, My estimate is that it will take over $20,to complete the job and bring the work up to industry standards If you need, can sent pictures of the sloppy workmanship, holes in walls, uncovered electric outlets, unpainted surfaced and identify where work that was billed for was either never started or never completed, etc.The attachment to this email is an Excel workbook with multiple tabs in information The first tab identified the contents of the other tabs Tried to attach other files, but was not successful.Regards,
