Integrity First Property Management Reviews (5)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, this does not resolve the horrible customer service we have received from IFPM in the last months The number of ignored phone calls and emails are astonishing In fact, the Revdex.com should be able to get a sense of what we've had to endure these past months by the email chain provided by IFPM themselves, identified by my having to follow up with them on a number of occasions when they didn't respond This is just a fraction of what we've had to deal with While IFPM is claiming whatthey can and cannot do is governed by [redacted] Board, I'm sure the Board has not told them not to return phone calls or respond to emails from property owners of *** [redacted] We've had a number of other property owners at [redacted] tell us they have had the same problem with IFPM as we have had In fact, I noticed today when I went to file our complaint against IFPM that we have not been the only people to file a complaint with the Revdex.com against IFPM Clearly, this is not an isolated incident.Secondly, we were told in August by the President of the Board (at the time) that our dead plants would be replaced IFPM did nothing to make that happen and it was their responsibility as the property management company to make it happen They did nothing.Thirdly, as the property management company of [redacted] , it was brought to the attention of IFPM on countless occasions via verbal face-to-face communication,phone calls & emails that the sprinkler system in our building was inoperative On numerous occasions, we were told by [redacted] and [redacted] that it would be fixed It's been months later and it has not been fixed.No, this matter has not been resolved and is nowhere close to being resolved.Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

This company touts that it communicates within hours of a concern if you contact them; that is not trueThis company will not respond to home owner requestsI believe Integrity First has misrepresented where funds are being spentConsidering the homeowners pay $235/month, a portion of which goes to landscaping and common area maintenance, why is my property being devalued due to issues with lack of landscaping? Since I receive NO response from IFPM, I can only assess that they are not a good company to do business with

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, this does not resolve the horrible customer service we have received from IFPM in the last 13 months.  The number of ignored phone calls and emails are astonishing.  In fact, the Revdex.com should be able to get a sense of what we've had to endure these past 13 months by the email chain provided by IFPM themselves, identified by my having to follow up with them on a number of occasions when they didn't respond.  This is just a fraction of what we've had to deal with.  While IFPM is claiming whatthey can and cannot do is governed by [redacted] Board, I'm sure the Board has not told them not to return phone calls or respond to emails from property owners of [redacted].  We've had a number of other property owners at [redacted] tell us they have had the same problem with IFPM as we have had.  In fact, I noticed today when I went to file our complaint against IFPM that we have not been the only people to file a complaint with the Revdex.com against IFPM.  Clearly, this is not an isolated incident.Secondly, we were told in August by the President of the Board (at the time) that our dead plants would be replaced.  IFPM did nothing to make that happen and it was their responsibility as the property management company to make it happen.  They did nothing.Thirdly, as the property management company of [redacted], it was brought to the attention of IFPM on countless occasions via verbal face-to-face communication,phone calls & emails that the sprinkler system in our building was inoperative.  On numerous occasions, we were told by [redacted] and [redacted] that it would be fixed.  It's been 13 months later and it has not been fixed.No, this matter has not been resolved and is nowhere close to being resolved.Regards,[redacted] & [redacted]

the entire time we have owned this property, thesprinkler system has not worked.  It is the responsibility of the Board,the Association, and IFPM to ensure everything is working properly.  It isnot. noted. With regards to the scuppers, several of theBoard members looked at the area and determined the issue. The Board said thatthere have been several homeowners with this same issue and the culprit was thescuppers.  So as this is the homeowner responsibility, a contractor willneed to be hired to inspect, determine the cause, and do the repair to fix theproblem.  This communication, as well as any response willbe shared with the entire Board. Thank you. [redacted]Integrity First Property Management On Behalf of the [redacted] Board of Directors  From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]]Sent: Monday, November 17, 2014 10:37 PMTo: '[redacted]'Cc: '[redacted]';
