Review: This past June, Integrity Floors installed new carpet around our pool. in doing so,they tore numerous holes in the pool liner with a utility knife ruining the pool liner. [redacted] was very apologetic, took pictures and stated at the time that insurance would take care of it. I provided him with the name of the pool company that installed the liner a few years ago. he did contact them on July 2nd and they set aside an estimate for him to pick up. it still sits at the pool company. I have placed numerous calls and sent numerous emails but have not been given any update except he will follow up with his insurance comany(via email on 7/30). this process should not take this long and his lack of communication is abundant.Desired Settlement: I expect as [redacted](Integrity Floors) promised, for Integrity Floors to pick up the cost to replace the liner and any related costs in its installation.

Review: I approached Integrity Flooring owner Richard (Rich) to get a quote on applying polyurethan on the floors. he came home and gave us a quote and post issuing a quote said we need to respond in 30 minutes and would not leave the house. We requested for an hour and managed to get him out. I have 3 voicemails in the span of an hour to prove this.

Since it was a small project, other contractors were not interested and we decided to use Rich. His team came in and actually did a good job. I made a mistake of paying them in full. Unfortunately, next day when the polyurethane dried, there was a 8 foot long thich polyurethan setrak in the center of the room.

I have called rich over 3 weeks to respond so he can address the issue as owner, but has not once picked up my call.

This business is absolutely unprofessionsal. Some of his employees are very professional however. As an owner he is unethical and people should have over 2 - 3 people present at home when calling him home.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and fix the stain of polyurethane. Review: WE LOST EVERYTHING IN THE STORM HAD NEW FLOORS PUT IN BY THIS COMPANY COST 7,000 FLOOR STARTED TO BUCKLE IN ONE CORNER CALLED THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD FIX THE FLOOR NOW WE KEEP CALLING AND EMAILING AND GET NO CALLS BACK ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS THE GUY THAT DID ARE FLOORS WAS NAMED RICH WEDesired Settlement: FIX THE FLOOR OR GIVE US MONEY BACK TO GET IT FIX
