Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If the enclosed information was accurate, why was this information given to me after repeated requests. I was told on 5/9/2017 by two department heads that the money would not be taken. Following discharge, I have been... told repeatedly that the money would be refunded. On the day of discharge, the assistant administrator assured me that the money would be returned as early as the following week.
