I was very pleased with the service I received from both Ed and the owner LarryEd came to give a second opinion exam of my cracked heat exchanger,and said sir this heat exchanger is( not) crackedHe reported to his boss what he had foundI call the other company back and told them wanted my furnace put back together and a refund The owner Larry and I spoke on the phone and said after his sons game he would come over to confirm what Ed had foundHe came and inspected the heat exchanger and said let's put it back together and run a cotestDuring this process,he discovered the door switch was faulty He finished and ran the test to confirm the heat exchanger was operating properly The furnace has been running correctly ever sinceI am so grateful for Larry and Ed for being honest !I will recommend them to everyone I know!
