I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate the jesture in refunding the engraving but the fact still remains that I have a $knife that is ruinedI am still at a lossWhen I returned the knife *** never once explained that it may look worseI feel an acceptable settlement would be the cost of engraving plus $so I can at least purchase my wife a new knife

I am rejecting this response because: My costs are not associated with *** *** costs. My costs will not go up or down as a result of your negotiating with ***. I believe *** costs to be fair given the nature of the emergency resulting from your company's negligence. I expect to be reimbursed immediately. Reimbursement to us at your convenience for costs resulting from your negligence is outlandish and only further proof of your lack of respect to the customer.Unbelievable

Case #:*** *** *** Response: Integrity can submit a request to the manufacturer for some type of reimbursement. We would need a copy of the electric bills you are referring to and will forward them. The manufacturer may want some type of local temperature comparisons
between years to consider this request

As discussed over the phone with Mr. Mathis we will be coming out to diagnose the issue without a travel fee may 19th.

Dear Revdex.com,We have mailed out a check, to refund Mr. [redacted], for the engraving charge. It is difficult for customers to understand that once an item is engraved, it is there always. We try to explain that trying to change what was done may not look better. But, we try to change the engraving because...

the customer asks, and we do it at no charge. Had we refused to try to redo the first engraving, the customer would have been upset too. The black in the lettering would have rubbed off, but the wording would have been clear and the finish like new. We regret that we were not able to make the customer happy. Thank-you,[redacted]

Although we feel that we have made all necessary action, we would like to ensure that this issue is resolved. We currently have a [redacted] "Chive" knife, identical to the one we engraved, in stock. If the consumer would like to swap the damaged knife with the new one as a replacement, we would be more than happy to do so as a trade. The consumer may come in whenever he likes so that we can resolve this matter.

If the customer is not willing to look at information that the manufacturer would require of us, Integrity will issue a $50 blanket reimbursement to cover any inconvenience.  The customer states the unit is working so we are unaware of anything further wecan do.

The $200.00 request is feasible, and we are happy to reimburse the customer once we settle on an amount with [redacted].  However, [redacted]'s invoice ($1900.00) is excessive and we are contacting them to dispute the charges for a more reasonable figure for repairs.

Our estimator, [redacted], absolutely DID offer to Ms. [redacted] $0 down, with 0% APR for 60 months. We offer this financing option to each and every customer to whom we...

provide an estimate. In addition to this financing option, we offered her a discounted cash price, which is noted in her proposal. We even went above that and offered her an additional incentive - we offered Ms. [redacted] 1 year interest-free at the discounted cash price. At the [redacted] website, where Ms. [redacted] submitted an application, the interest rate shows 27.99% rate. This interest rate is only applicable if the loan goes into default. [redacted] has tried explaining this to Ms. [redacted]. We ARE offering her $0 down with 0% for 5 years.

Integritys office will try to set up a time for the owner to look at the issue and see if there is anything that can resolve it.

Integrity Heating & Cooling responded to the customers need for service the same day when other companies told him they would not.  Our technician diagnosed improper wiring at the furnace unit, corrected and the unit was turning on at this time.  Our technician also informed the...

customer that the system was low on refrigerant but the customer declined to make the corrections.  The following day the customer stated that the unit was not running.Our manager informed the customer in detail that if the issue was related to a faulty diagnosis then there would be no charge but if it was a seperate issue there would be a travel charge.  Our technician found an unrelated issue with the thermostat wiring that the customer performed, it was not tightened fully.  This was 100% a seperate issue and the travel fee discussed was properly charged to the customer.The fee is justified and the customer threatened poor reviews if he did not receive free service.  The fee was discussed before the call and the customer was aware.  Integrity cannot perform services for free even when threatened by a customer.

I am rejecting this response because,I can provide all electric bills regarding the increase of usage due to Integrity's faulty installation.I want Integrity to reimburse me and they can deal with any manufacturers issues they might have on there end, I would like to be reimbursed for the difference of last years bill in comparison to this years bill over a 2 month period. If Integrity will settle for a $150 reimbursement I will consider this case closed.
