Integritys office will try to set up a time for the owner to look at the issue and see if there is anything that can resolve it

Integrity Heating & Cooling responded to the customers need for service the same day when other companies told him they would not Our technician diagnosed improper wiring at the furnace unit, corrected and the unit was turning on at this time Our technician also informed the customer that the system was low on refrigerant but the customer declined to make the corrections The following day the customer stated that the unit was not running.Our manager informed the customer in detail that if the issue was related to a faulty diagnosis then there would be no charge but if it was a seperate issue there would be a travel charge Our technician found an unrelated issue with the thermostat wiring that the customer performed, it was not tightened fully This was 100% a seperate issue and the travel fee discussed was properly charged to the customer.The fee is justified and the customer threatened poor reviews if he did not receive free service The fee was discussed before the call and the customer was aware Integrity cannot perform services for free even when threatened by a customer

If the customer is not willing to look at information that the manufacturer would require of us, Integrity will issue a $blanket reimbursement to cover any inconvenience The customer states the unit is working so we are unaware of anything further wecan do

They are very proactive to remind me about my scheduled maintenance, they are very professional and very affordable, even assisting with financing options with no interest for large projects My favorite thing is after they perform the service they tell me what I NEED to have done and also what they RECOMMEND I have done, then answer all my questions until I have enough information to make an informed decision
I would totally recommend this company to anyone for their heating/cooling needs (and I have!)

Never again! If Jay from Integrity tells you he is a carpenter, run the other way. He made such a mess of my garage door that I had to pay a door installer and a master carpenter to go back behind him and redo the job.
In that process, I learned two things about Jay. 1. He does not know how to use a level or drop a plumb line, or else he was too sloppy to bother for my job. The top of my doorframe and the bottom were a ½ inch difference on both sides. 2. He doesn’t understand how to fit a frame to a door; he made the frame too wide for the door, then gave me an excuse about how the original frame was also wrong. Well, if it was wrong the first time and you recognized that, wouldn’t you want to do it right the second time? Especially if you named your company Integrity? Especially if another carpenter stood right there and explained to you how to fix your mistake?
And, I learned one more thing. He cares more about getting the money than getting it right. He came back, threw together an extra panel on either side to close the gap, and called it good. Then he grabbed his check and took off. The installer and other carpenter both laughed at the band aid he put on my doorframe. If Jay had taken the advice of the other carpenter and pulled the job down and redone it to specification, I would be writing a totally different review.
