Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your inspector based HIS opinion on the condition of the house and not the true condition, noting things there were over the top in livability of the house I was not aware that an inspection company is supposed to note sticking dead bolts or holes dug by dogs, (which is not a part of the house by the way) or damage the owners property in doing the inspection It appears that pride is the issue and not good business practices It's a shame that this company and it's owner will not accept responsibility for the actions of his employeeI'm not asking for money, only that they admit that the inspector went too far, letting the buyer and their agent know and apologizing for killing the dealI suppose I will need to pursue this further through a different venue.Sincerely, [redacted]
