I am rejecting this response because: As of October 31, my roof has issuesAt this time there is standing water after heavy rainfallThere are exposed nails under the overhang, cracked and stained tilesThe roof has yet to be corrected of any and all issues/defects as of September 21, On October 30, I sent a text to the owner and that’s when he decided to follow up with my congoing complaints which he is firmly aware ofI was not offered a Veterans discount when there website clearly states discounts are offeredI did receive a gift certicate with someone else’s name on itI have all communication documented between myself and IHP and they have no interest in compensating me for their lack of follow up and poor workmanshipThey consistently mention in emails that they have been trying to get a hold of me which is fabricatedI have my phone bill as evidence to show how many times they have attempted to reach out to meI have consistently followed up with IHP on all issues and if I didn’t climb up on my roof to inspect it myself they would not haveAccording to IHP the GAF inspection has been cancelled without my notification and they have yet to reschedule something that works with my scheduleThis experience has caused me severe anxiety and added even more stress to my disabilityI am Marine Corps combat veteran who is disabled and IHP has provided my family with product that was installed below standards and it was only I alerted the company that they continue to procrastinate on resolving the issuesI want a reduction or all labor charges removed from my $19,000+ balance

I am rejecting this response because:On November 10, 2017, the of owner of Integrity Home Pros, Glen C[redacted] offered me compensation for the mishandling of the completion of my roof within a timely and efficient manner (48 days). Again, I reemphasized to Glen C[redacted] that I have not at any time requested any monetary compensation but a reduction in labor costs for my roof. Glen informed me to come up with a number for lost wages and time. While correcting and completing the discrepancies previously identified Glen C[redacted] admitted that this project should have been handled with a sense of urgency and followed up by him. Glen admitted that the work on roof was not up to his expectations and he took full responsibility for the poor workmanship. He also admitted that multiple parties were involved from his office and that he should have directly handled this project. One of the reasons Glen told me was that he has been working multiple projects.  At this time I request arbitration, Integrity Home Pros has insulted me once more and continues to exacerbate my disabilities. Who would not submit a negative review after Integrity Home Pros had taken 48 days to complete a project with multiple issues and discrepancies? It was only after I contacted Integrity Home Pros multiple times with the issues, hired an additional home/roof inspector, taken multiple days off work to follow up on their work, filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that Integrity Home Pros was obligated to correct the poor workmanship. This is truly an example of a lack of customer service and poor workmanship. Once again these issues would have been avoided if the project would have been done correctly and timely.
