After James installed a new gutter system, I have not had to worry about constant clogging.
Over the last few years, he replaced three old wooden porches with new decking and railings.
He is a highly skilled builder and is always prompt, responsive and reliable. I totally trust his judgment, and call him for all construction and repair needs.

James entered into a roofing contract with us -before they were supposed to start,it took me an obsene number of phone calls to ask questions regarding flashing on the roof-finally when I told him we would not use him unless we heard back after numerous attempts to reach him;he finally picked up the phone and in response to my question,he stated he would not be replacing our step flashing but rather going over the old step flashing which is completely rotted which is why we were doing ourroof and the contract stated he would be replacing all old flashing with new-i also informed him that our new kitchen would require a new vent in the roof and he stated that I should complete the job with him and when the kitchen is complete it would not be a big deal to now tear off the new shingles of the roof to build a new vent-the worst of this company is that his references are his neighbor and friends-one lives on the same street and never even hired him-use caution with this company-definately would not recommend
