I hired Integrity Investigations located in Fayetteville, NC, for a family matter beginning in July My wife and I met with the owner who seemed knowledgeable in the industry and talked about his tenure in private investigations After explaining our case to him and the fact that we lived nearly miles away, he said that this was just the type of case he specialized in and typically we should start seeing results from their investigation efforts within 10-billable hours (at $75/hour) I gave him a retainer for hours to begin FIFTY-FIVE billable hours later, Integrity Investigations could not provide me with ONE SHRED of evidence pertaining to this matter In fact, my wife and I discovered more evidence that was happening in PLAIN SIGHT through various social media sitesTo top it all off on a day that I specifically told them that the involved party being investigated would be in court and not to worry about it that day I was billed for over HOURS of investigator time just to be told when they entered the courthouse, when and where they went to lunch near the courthouse, when they returned to the courthouse after lunch, when they ultimately left the courthouse AND a few photographs of myself collecting belongings from said person because of a court order This firm did absolutely NOTHING to help with gathering evidence or even providing the persons whereaboutsThere seemed to be no accountability and when I expressed my concern to the owner he merely said he was concerned too and in NO WAY offered to make any part of his firms impotence right! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS FIRM!!!!
