Review: Unable to contact business by phone, friend sent someone to office only to find out business has been closed for 2 months and is in bankruptcy. This is our financial and investment broker, he has our 401(k) and annuity investments and we are now scrambling around to find and move our accounts. He sent us a newsletter in Jan. and we have not heard from him since, no notice of bankruptcy or that he was no longer handling our accounts. There are many people locally who have accounts with him and while I will try to contact the ones I know, there will be many who will not find out about this until they try to contact him. I want to know why we were not informed so that we could find someone else to manage our accounts.Desired Settlement: Would like to find out why we were not contacted by this business when they filed bankruptcy. Did he give our records to someone else. We do not know at this time if we will suffer any financial loss due to his actions.
