Integrity Landscape and Tree Service

Based on my personal experience with this company, do NOT use Integrity Landscaping and Tree Service, Inc. They billed my credit card for $8,000.00 and provided no services or products for this unauthorized transaction on my card. They did complete 'some' landscaping of my front planter beds, and they were paid in full for this service. They refuse to process a refund because they advised me in an email that they do not have the funds. Of course, I am pursuing legal options to obtain these funds from them. This has been an ongoing dispute since May 2025. The owners of the company are Tim and Lori Richardson. I simply do not understand how a company can defraud a customer of $8,000.00.
