In late May of 2016, my wife and I responded to a coupon that was mass mailed to us by Integrity LandscapingWe invited Mr*** ***, owner, to come to our house for the purpose of soliciting a proposal on cost to us and schedule on a project described in the specification (see attached), a copy of which we presented to him
Neither Mr*** or I executed this documentI now realize the error in not doing soMr*** submitted his proposal for the job and we accepted at a price of $7,and stipulated that we agreed the completion date would not go beyond June 15th (see attached e-mail)Shortly after this exchange of messages, we met at our house and I told Mr*** that we would like to add an automatic inground sprinkler system to the scope of the projectHe responded to this with an additional cost proposal and I accepted at a price of $3,(see attached) now making the total project cost $10,with $5,due at the commencement of workI told Mr*** that

I love my new front yard Simply Easy to take care of and such a change from the jungle that was once my front gardens Compared to other landscapers - the price was the best The plants are health and able to survive The work was quick and the best I could have asked for

Outstanding !!! ... and the owner is extremely responsive and cooperative to any issues that occur, which have been minor and few.
