I purchased 2 sets of custom steel gates for $3,100. I was told all new steel would be used. I had reasons to believe it wasn’t and since I was told a special order had been placed for the steel taking extra time I asked to see the invoice. They refused. When I said I was going to have criminology students analyze it they said any evaluation had to be non-invasive. They had sprayed a coating over what I’d allege was reused and even rusted metal. I never picked up the gates and they’re still in their possession. They also agreed to a storage agreement they reneged on to try to force me to take possession of the substandard goods. I also have reason to believe there may have been a trespassing issue with them/their contractors on my lot without specific expressed permission after an attempted installation.
They can neither renege on a storage agreement after being potentially caught trying to perpetrate a fraud AND as I’ve already paid they can’t refuse to let me do whatever kind of testing required to substantiate what I assert.

Please see attached formal communications to Mr *** Regarding the custom gates we fabricated for him. from January 27, until February 10, at which time he informed us that any further communication after 2/10, will be considered harassment. Please note the latest claim of entering his property unauthorized, please be aware we have his direction and request to do so to pour the footing for these gates to be erected.
We have tried on numerous occasions to work with Mr ***, however at this point will need to work through the proper legal process of disposing or selling these gates. According the laws currently in place, after all our additional costs for handing this matter, including legal fees legal and otherwise have been paid, we will supply any left over funds to Mr.. This is the legal advice we have received and paid for the same.
I do have the entire email string that I can share as well, however, I do not believe your system allows more than 4 attachments. I would be happy to provide if you can advise the best way to attached this email string, it certainly will supply you with a helpful character reference.
