The maintenance here is laughable. They walked me through the apt and said it had a/c (it was broke when I moved in just before the summer, took 3 months to fix), said the gap at the base of the patio doors would be fixed (they used sticky duct tape that had some filler backing to it but collapsed after the first time I closed the door, now it's just a sticky bug attracter and a gap), had roaches (they said it was just be the apt was vacant and they had recently sprayed, they garbage piles up on the outside of the dumpster, the fitness equipment is broke, they say they will provide pet clean up bags but it's always empty...the doggie trash is not, many times that is overflowing) and the office staff is reactive (if you chase them) not proactive. The rent is more than they quote you. Rental insurance is mandatory and garbage and pest control are mandatory extras (not in quoted price). When I left a review on social media, immediately I started getting notices from them about my dog (the notes says I don't pick up after my dog. I have a leash with a doggie bag holder and I pick up after her regularly). But they have the last say and can force my dog out of the apt. I hope it's just a few letters of harassment and stops there. (that's why I didn't put my name for public display...lesson learned)
