Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/11/16) */
Hello ***,
As per our conversation , I writing to in regards to Mr***'s complaint
Mr***'s complaint is not true! At the time he purchased the car from us there was nothing wrong with itHe called us about a problem he
was having with the car a month latter but did not come in for us to look at, as we offered our service
He then showed up at a later time without calling or making appointment, we still took him in and inspected the carWe found that the shifter handle on the car was not working properly and asked that he come back at another day to get this installed for free, as it was an easy fix but the part had to be ordered
He never came back and kept driving the car till it stoppedAt that time he towed the car to usWe diagnosed the car and found out that because the shifter was not replaced the transmission failedWe informed him of this problem and came up with a solution for himWe offered to replace the transmission for free, as long as he pays for the part and we will do the labor for freeIt took him three or four months to come up with the money to pay for the transmission, but he finally didAs soon as we received payment for the part we installed the new rebuilt transmission in his and gave it back to him
At the time he was very happy with the service, and thanked us for helping him with this problemI really don't understand why he wrote the complaint
Mr*** also still owes us $for the car that we still have not received, as he promised he would pay
We have been doing business for years now, and have not had any problems thank godWe do our best to take care of our customer and come up with solutions to accommodate most situationsWe thought Mr*** was happy with our service as he never expressed any kind of frustration
Thank you,
***
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2015/11/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: the response given by the business is a complete misconstrued statement of what actually happen and took place, as I have witnesses that can support my earlier statementI simply want to resolve this issue and have my money returned to me; which is why I returned the truck to the dealer and the owner himself was the one who received the keys himself when I returned the truckThe whole entire staff at the dealer including *** all have treated me with nothing but aggression and rude behavior when I returned the truckI wish to be able to resolve this matter which is why I turned to the Revdex.com for helpas the dealer made it clear to me that it does not plan on giving me my money back even after I have returned them there truck and explain to them the issues it was giving me.
Regards,

Our customer purchased a 2006
Dodge Ram and a few days later he came into the dealership regarding a
complaint of an oil leak. During this time he was very hostile with staff and
used foul language. The mechanic inspected the vehicle for the customer and
found a leak from the valve cover gasket. The mechanic fixed the leak, at this
time damage to the front bumper was discovered.
The customer came in again, using foul
language and was very hostile to dealership staff. He wanted to speak to me (the owner) so I spoke to him and
listened to his concerns. The
customer had complaints regarding the check engine light being on. When we
looked at the vehicle the check engine light was not on. We hooked up the computer to the vehicle to do a scan. The scan didn't detect anything wrong,
and no codes for repairs were given. I
then offered to do a test drive with the customer to have him explain any
problems that may have came up. The
customer refused to do a test drive with me, so I did the test drive on my own. There was nothing wrong with the
vehicle, no problems arose.
I explained to the customer that he could
not change his mind due to wanting a different vehicle. The customer didn't understand my point. At this point in time there had been over 500 miles placed on the
vehicle by the customer. This
vehicle had also already been registered in his name with the Department of
Motor Vehicles. I would have been
more than happy to work with the customer if there were any further repairs to
be made. In my opinion he simply changed his mind about purchasing this
specific vehicle and wanted something different.
We are in the process of processing the
paperwork for this vehicle as being voluntarily surrendered.

Review: the problem started the day I purchased a 2006 dodge ram 1500 from Integrity motors, when I got home with the truck it smelled of burned oil. I checked under the truck had leaked oil everywhere underneath.I reported the issue to the dealer, and the dealer told me not to worry to take the truck back so that they could look at it. Aside from it leaking oil the check engine light also turned on. I decided not to drive or move the truck until I returned it so that they may inspect and look at the truck. When I returned the truck both I and the salesmen test drove the truck, while we test drove the truck we were pulled over by the police and he presented his license which turned out to be suspended which resulted in him getting his license taken away by the officer and receiving a ticket. As a result when we arrive back to the car lot the car salesmen who had sold me the truck left me talking to my self and told me that if I wanted to leave the truck I could, or else just leave with it and that be the end of it. I ended up leaving the truck at the car lot, I returned to pick up the truck three days later cause the dealer had called me telling me the truck was ready for me to pick up and that the issues it was having had been fixed. When I returned to pick up the truck no one wanted to help me or explain to me what work had been done to the truck. The staff was very rude, the same day that I picked up the truck it began to give me problems on the drive home as well as the check engine turning on again.I called the dealer back again immediately the following day and told them about the issues the truck had given me.The dealer told me that he is no longer liable and that he would not be held accountable for the issues on the truck and failed to be held responsible. I returned the truck to the car lot and asked to speak to the owner of the car lot, the owner test drove the truck around block, once he returned from test driving the truck he told me the truck was fine and to sue him if I want my refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and have already returned the truck to the dealer.
