I had a move on Sunday, Nov 15th and was very impressed with the professionalism of the moversThe move went smoothly without a hitch and I was impressedThis is my first time dealing with a moving company and would most definitely recommend Integrity Movers!

Integrity is an appropriately name for this companyWe would like to add prompt, courteous, and carefulWe would definitely use them again

We used Integrity Movers for our small office move on December and we couldn't of been more happy with the results of the moveJamil and his team were both efficient and effective and were great to deal withEveryone knows moving can be a pain but these guys had a smile on their face the whole time and even thanked us for using [redacted] to pack as it made their move easierI also give my thanks to Zella in the office for organizing the move and for answering the many question I hadI highly recommend Integrity Movers for any type of moveI will be using them again for both residential or commercial These are great guys who actually care about your stuff

I used Integrity Movers to move all the furniture and belongings from a fully furnished larged walk up condominium to a new houseIntegrity Movers sent a crew of guys who arrived on timeThey took care to park the truck carefully, so as not to block the parking lotThey laid out mats so as not to damage the flooringThey carefully wrapped all furniture not already boxed/wrappedNo items were damaged and they finished in record time! I am EXTREMELY impressed with their fast pace, positive attitude and very professional, cordial mannersI recommend Integrity Movers to anyone movingThey charge a nice flat rate, so there are no hidden fees, like stairs, etc

I have heard horror stories about moving companies that friends have used so did a lot of research online and got numerous quotes before hiring anyone Everything from the initial phone call to Natalie to the completion of the move exceeded my expectations Natalie was very helpful She answered all my questions, followed up with an email and also called to confirm everything prior to the move On the day of the move, Kolton, Phill and Cliff arrived on time and immediately got to work They were very careful with both my belongings and my house, putting down runners to protect the floor and wrapping all the furniture All three guys worked very hard while still remaining professional, courteous and funny They moved everything into a storage unit for me so I will definitely be using them when moving everything out of storage I would highly recommend Kolton and his team

Our last move 8 years ago was a very bad experience.Our move with integrity was a dream. The movers were professional and polite. They seem to take away all the stress of a move. We did not have any claims or damage done. I would refer them to friends and family. The price was good as was the service.

I had used Integrity Movers in June 2014 for a big move and I was very impressed by their professionalism and their desire to impress the client. The crew was friendly and worked non stop, they seemed to be working even when taking their breaks. All fees were discussed upfront and on the day of the move a tour of the house and then asked if I had any specific requests for any of my contents. They answered a couple of quesrtions that I had about handling my 80" TV and I was happy. That move was very successful, no damages to contents or the new house. Very meticulous regarding using matts and runners to maintain a clean work area.

So I had to move again in january 2016 and of course I called these guys again. Even with a different crew of guys, the service was the same no better, no worse. They were friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable and professional from the first minute.

I would highly recommend these guys, they treat your stuff like they own it and protect it like their own as well.

I booked this mover after reading all the positive reviews on this site. Immediately upon signing, I was sent an email soliciting reviews: for every review posted on Google Plus, Yelp, or the Revdex.com, I would receive one entry for one of two $100 gift certificates for any Century Group establishments in Edmonton. Make of that what you will, but it certainly discolored my interpretation of all those glowing reviews. Which, alas, proved prescient: the move was late, slow, poorly coordinated, and overpriced.

We booked the move for 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday -- not the first day of the month, or the last, or on a weekend -- yet we still received a call late on Monday afternoon telling us there was a problem with the truck and they would be there at 11:00 a.m., and was that all right? As if you have any choice at that late hour to say no.

The hour rolled around; no truck. I called the number on the bill of lading. The guy who answered said there was nothing he could do about it because he's just the office guy, but would text the driver to call me. No one did.

Noon rolled around and finally the driver called to say he would be there by 12:45. At 12:30 he called to say he would be there by 1:00. They arrived just before 1:30, which is when the move finally started. So a 9 a.m. move started 4.5 hours late.

Integrity was contracted to bring mattress covers; none were provided because no one told the driver to bring them. Integrity offered us four courtesy loaner wardrobe boxes; they brought only two. They were supposed to be well equipped with tools to dismantle furniture, yet there wasn't a tool to dismantle my dining table (and no way to take it out whole). In the end a friend of the driver had to bring the necessary ratchet after he finished another job later in the afternoon.

The men arrived tired, having already performed a 5-hour job earlier in the morning. Fatigue causes slowness and mistakes. As a result, several walls were chipped; the corners by the door in particular were chewed up badly. And what should have been about a 7-hour move took 10 hours (including two 15-minute breaks). They didn't finish until 11:30 p.m.

All day I could overhear the men complaining between themselves of their exhaustion. They had been working 16-hour days for a few days already, and were staring down another similar day. At one point I walked out to see one of the men in the back of the truck hurriedly scarfing down a few spoons of pasta in between trips in and out; from that I assumed they had not been given a proper lunch break in between the two jobs. One guy was so tired that by the middle of the day he looked like he wanted to lie down and weep.

It was about 6:15 when they left with the loaded truck. By then I was calling to demand to speak with the owners in case there were extra men available to help unload. Again I got the I'm-just-the-office-guy response and no one in management returned my call. They were completely unavailable to me, the customer, during the move, even during regular office hours.

The movers, on the other hand, were considerate and courteous. They worked as hard as they could under difficult conditions. I felt really sorry for them. But I was also angry because I was being charged by the hour, and by the end of the move the one guy was just standing around, trying to stay upright, while his colleagues emptied the last of the goods. By then myself and my 80-year-old mother were moving boxes just to get the job done. Meanwhile the men had been texted by the office to show up for work early the next morning.

In the end I refused to pay the bill as is, and said I would discuss it with management. The crew chief concurred and said he was disappointed that he was unable to deliver a better experience for me, which he strives to do for his customers. We parted on amicable terms.

Integrity waited seven days to call for their money, which just happens to be the same number of days the client has to make a claim for damages. So once I had not done so, the phone rang, upon which time I was accused of trying to get a free move. He blamed another customer for the delay to my move. When I complained about the appalling working conditions I had witnessed, the owner angrily responded that he never works his men more than 14 hours a day -- because, you know, 14 hours is just so much more humane than 16 (and I learned Integrity does not pay overtime) -- but in any case it was none of my business because it was an "internal matter." He also tried to bully me, telling me that the men were going to be fired for complaining about the company, and so it was my fault they were going to lose their jobs. He also claimed the two workers had been partying the night before and that was why they were tired, and now he had to fire them for that. Gee, mate, pick one.

In the end the bill was reduced, but I suspect the three worker bees paid the price for that, not Integrity. Oh, and not before the owner told me that, by reducing the bill, he was "saving" me money and for that I should be grateful.

So never again. Integrity Movers is a misnomer. Consider yourself warned.

I was moving a small (but very full!) apartment a few weeks ago, and was very pleasantly surprised by Kolton and Lenny from Integrity Movers. They did a great job, were very nice, and were VERY fast! I could swear they moved at three times the speed of the movers we had hired for our previous move. (There were a few things left to pack up in the morning and we thought we would have a little more time to do it LOL.) And even when a slight hitch came up in the plan (someone randomly parked in the loading bay at the destination apartment building) they took it in stride and went through the main door (the building manager's suggestion) without grumbling about it or anything. It may have been my smoothest moving day ever. :)

Our recent experience with this company was faultless, from the knowledgeable office staff that answered all of our questions to the men that moved our furniture. Kolton, Jesse and Rob were very professional and took great care with our new home. They arrived on time and worked very hard to accommodate our expectations. We were very impressed with their work attitude and would highly recommend Integrity Movers to anyone needing their services. This company also offered to assemble any furniture but we declined as we were able to do this task ourselves. Great job guys and thank you again for your valuable assistance!!

Office staff were polite and super helpful and confirmed the time and date a couple of days ahead of time. The moving guys were AMAZING and got through everything way quicker than we expected. They put down runners and pads on our stair railings to ensure no damage. They were super careful with all of our belongings and were in and out in a couple of hours. FANTASTIC work, I would highly recommend.
