Please refer to my original email showing the exact times that we communicated with Mr [redacted] None of this has changed We have the documentation to support all of the times and dates that were referencedIf Mr [redacted] feels that we are telling lies, then I don’t see where this will lead, except to more frustration and anger, both of which end with the inevitable conclusion of non-resolutionWe are sorry for thisOur response remains unchanged, based upon the texts received and the email that was sent Please know that we value our clients and always try to appease their concerns, as rare as they are for our business Mr [redacted] allegations that we have stated nothing but lies is truly sad and unfortunate The fact is that Mr [redacted] had insurance coverage that was effective on 2/10/ He received an email from us at 4:pm on 2/10, advising him of this I do apologize for providing an incorrect time that it was sent in my original response(I said that it had been sent at 1:00pm).This email included several attachments that included his certificate of insurance, showing him the effective date of his insurance coverage along with his identification cards At no time did anyone in this office receive an email or a phone from Mr [redacted] requesting a refund of his initial down payment We would be happy to help Mr [redacted] obtain a refund, but the process is dictated by the insurance company, not us We also will request that any further communication with our office is through email and not phone calls or text messages Respectfully, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:That statement is full of lies I received nothing from them as stated on February 10th there's no record of that I received no mail no email no telephone call after I purchased the policy I asked if they received it they simply stated thank you I contacted them three to four days after the payment and asked what was going on she said that they were waiting on some type of paperwork and I heard nothing else from them until the 17th, the day I asked for complete refund and had contacted the Revdex.com and as far as them saying that I would not have been insured for to something hours that conversation never took place she told me that I will be insured the same dayI have all of the emails I did Reach Out a couple of times to different agents to try to find the best deal for my company not that I see why that would make a difference and as far as the processing fee I was trying to pay through the bank account to save myself almost $ Regards, [redacted] ***
