Illegally towed my car from my home, these ppl are vultures and need to be shutdown!
Towed illegally twice In 3 weeks. No contact number and blocked my phone from contacting them except through text message
Car towed January 25 Saturday night I'm my designated parking spot at my apartment that I have lived in for over a year. Also towed around January 10 from the same company and same person. The towing company will only text it's customer and my phone number was blocked from calling and he has not given me the reasons I was towed. The parking spot is numbered the same as my apartment complex so there is no accident or mistake I. Towing my car twice the. Blocking my phone. I don't no what to do besides call the police and file reports but I still have to pay cash out of my pocket for someone doing there job wrongfully not once but twice and the same month and being the same person. Please help integrity parking solutions. I have a 6 month year old baby that has dr vists and everything else and being a single mom means I only have vechile on top of paying for everything else I need help
I just want my refund from the 2 towing incidents if possible even just get my car out today with out paying just anything

Improper tow with valid permit.
My car was towed from 3830 Booth Calloway,north Richland hills.At apartment complex.I had a vaid permit and have documentation.
I want a refund.

We would be very to provide documentation supporting the validity of the tow in question, but have not been provided with the information necessary to look it up in our system. If we could be provided with the vehicle information and date of tow we will be able to locate the record and all related photos.

Since our last response, we have been in direct communication with the consumer. On December 10th, we provided him with the photos of the tow showing that he was in violation by being parked in a resident's reserved space (these photos have also been attached to this response). He was a visitor to the property and had valid registration to park in the designated visitor parking only, which he did not do. Visitor spaces are clearly marked on this property with a white block that has "visitors" painted in black. We have also attached a photo of a visitor space on this property to show the distinction. This was a valid tow.
Hello, I was wrongfully tower out of the visitors section of my apartment complex.
On August 27th my car was towed from South pointe apartments at XXXXX Jupiter rd Dallas Texas XXXXX due to not having the correct parking pass which is understandable. This issue arose when on September 10th 2019 I followed the apartments instructions and parked in the area marked visitor due to the facts that residents aren't authorized to park in visitor as well per our signed lease agreement. Ok the morning of September 10th 2019 at 7:15 am I noticed my car was towed out of the visitors section along the gate between buildings 11 and 13. I went in to my apartments office and advised of the issue in which they said they can't help because the tow company is responsible for how the apartment parking is striped. No notice was ever sent stating they would be changing where visitors and residents could park/ changing how many slots were going to be okay for visitors / residents to park.The notice sent from the apartment management only states that we needed to park in areas marked visitor. The space I parked now in was intact marked visitor but the striping was starting to fade . When I notified the apartment complex who then notified the towing company they said it doesn't matters because it was faded therefore it's not visitor parking anymore.I feel as if I shouldn't be help accountable based on the fact that the re-striping for the full lot was incomplete. I've tried reaching out on several occasions to integrity parking but when I asked for a phone call they said they do texts only. I advised that I would be requesting Revdex.com mediation and they never replied.
I would like for my car to be released from sure storage 4184 *** St, Dallas, TX *** which is the place integrity uses to store towed vehicles and delivered back to my complex (south pointe apartments )at no charge. I would also like to be paid for the Lyft fees I've had to pay since the tow which total 47.68 cents. I would also like an apology for how I've been treated . Please help me I have no one else I'm only 20 yeas old and I live alone. I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of this is very expensive.
To whom it may concern This visitor was towed twice. The vehicle was released at no charge the first time August 28 due to old visitor space that could barely be seen. The apartments then had the spaces repainted and any old visitor space that was previously marked out was painted over with grey paint to make it very clear that they were not visitor spaces on August 28 and 29th. All valid visitor spaces were marked with white background with black letters spelling visitor. Attached are photos of the vehicle prior to tow (first 2) and sample of what the visitor spaces look like (3rd photo). All other spaces not marked visitor requires a permit to park.
Predatory towing company . Text only service as well once you call you have to leave a voicemail and a random just texts you .
