Very polite individual managing the business; he was remarkably patient, the price was entirely reasonable, he knew exactly what he was speaking about, was pro-American with his products in every regard, and left me feeling confident that everything which could be done with my problem was taken care of by the end of it

Integrity computers does not live up to the business name! They sold me a motherboard and chip that will not boot! Considering im on a budget and only had $to spend, Ed sold me a broken itemWhen I called Ed to ask him about it, I was met with immaturity and very unbusiness like attitudeEd hung up on me several times and kept yelling that I was playing games amd then would hang up on meI woild stay far away from integrity computers!

Review: Had a laptop diagnosed and when told of the repair cost inform the owner I would probably let him keep it. When I paid for the diagnostic fee I asked for my laptop back and he refused to give it or my charger to me stating I already agreed to give it to him and he already started taking it apart. Would not refund my money for the computer or give me it back.Desired Settlement: Want my property or a refund for service.

Yes Mr. [redacted] did bring a laptop in to my shop fordiagnostic on 5/18/2015. I put it on the bench right away and found that thehard drive was bad. I researched the price and availability of a new hard driveand call Mr. [redacted] that same day. In that phone conversation Mr. [redacted] electednot to repair his laptop and stated he would be in to pay the diagnostic fee andwithout me asking for or in any way lobbing that I keep the laptop Mr. [redacted]said I could keep it. Mr. [redacted] never said the word “probably” in that or inany of our conversation at all.Mr. [redacted] came in to the shop 5/19/2015 to pay the diagnosticfee and after doing so he said he wanted the laptop back! I reminded him thathe told me I could have laptop, then he ask about the power cord and I toldhim, the laptop was no good to me without the power cord. With that he and his female companion leftthe store without anything else said.The name of my store is Integrity.PC.Computers, I live anddie on my word and integrity as we all should.Ten min later Mr. [redacted]’s female companion came back in tomy shop telling me that Mr. [redacted] was mad about me not giving him back thelaptop. I told her that I did not want an upset customer so have him come backin and we would work it out. She started to argue with me about how I run my businessand what I should and should not have done and when. I tried to tell her aboutthe conversation that Mr. [redacted] and I had on the phone and she could or wouldnot see any of my points. She then let me know she did not care about any ofthat. See when Mr. [redacted]said I could have the laptop I started working on it to get it up and running some2.5 hours, well as in any business time in money so that 2.5 hour is $125 of mytime.Finally after realizing that no matter what I did or said Iwas not going to make them happy or have them see my side. I told Mr. [redacted]’s femalecompanion for the 5 time to get Mr. [redacted] She replied to me she would get Mr.[redacted] and that the laptop better be in the same shape was when it was droppedoff. I then reassemble the laptop Mr. [redacted] and his female companion came backin to the shop. Mr. [redacted] notified me that he had already made a BB complaint. I had the laptop ready. I told Mr. [redacted] I liveand die on my word and integrity and that I expected him to do the same and Ishould not have. I then handed Mr. [redacted] the laptop and he and his femalecompanion left the store.Mr. [redacted] also never asked or mention anything about a refundnor did I.To reiterate the word “probably” was not spoken in any ofthis conversation!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The computer was repaired and returned to me before the scheduled time. He was very efficient and easily understood the issues I was having. Explained to me in details the steps he took to get the computer back in working condition. Very happy with the tasks he performed on my computer. The fact I had it back long before it was promised was an added bonus.

I have been dealing with Integrity Computers for years both personally and professionally. ** has built and serviced computers for my place of employment as well as for my personal use. His service is prompt and quite satisfactory. :)
