Air conditioner installed August 18, 2016 did not use air conditioner that remaining year because it was cool enough phoned June 2017 when we turned it on because it started turning off and on every 10 seconds from the company that installed it the guy was on vacation we called a month later he said he would get a technician to look at it which she never hasWe've called the company and number of times and no one has come out to check it out or seems to know what the problem is and that's why am calling you because I don't know what to do.
We want him to come out and take care of the problem is no sense in having an air conditioner if we can't run it when it's over 25° and fix it.
He was after year before he phoned and expects me to pay all labour costs involved in my trip to repair ac . It probably just needs a good wash out etc nothing serious, I will not help him the way he has left me threatening voicemails that I'm *** and he is going to nail it for 30000. Some people don't realize on farm how much fuzz etc gets into condenser causing in efficient operation. I was willing to help him out but only parts covered I'm sorry

Had air conditioner checked by a professional which was k.c. Plumbing and heating. He put a gauge on the Freon pressure and discovered immediately that the Freon pressure was way too high. Of integrity plumbing out of war man would have done a thorough test after they installed it the also would ( hopefully) hade seen a problem ; but the business didn't even check it out thoroughly!!!! It was integrity mistake from the beginning.
