A short time prior to servicing this customer, we were contacted by their warranty company to be one of their servicers and we accepted, we went to the customers home, diagnosed the issue and collected the service call fee Prior to placing the order for their part we were to be compensated by the warranty cofor other work we had performed.We were never paid by the company therefore we put all part orders on hold until payment was received Payment was never received, we told the company we would no longer service for them, it was up to them to contact their customers and let them know that they would not be charged again for a service call fee when another company came to service them.We collected our service call and diagnostic fee appropriately
