Review: For 6 months I have been trying through letters and phone calls to contact this agency for information needed to provide services to their client. I have not received any response at all to my queries, though the client and I both have attempted to get this information. (Finance and expense data to determine eligibility).Desired Settlement: Response to my inquiries so I will know why they are refusing to provide the needed information. The information so I can help their client.

INTEGRITY PLUS RPP HAS RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FOR A NON COMMUNICATION ERROR. THE ERROR WAS NOT DO TO US NOT FALLOWING THROUGH WITH OUR RESPONSIBLITIES IT WAS A LACK OF THE PERSON FILING THE COMPLAINT THINKING SHE WAS SENDING US INFO WHEN SHE WAS SENDING IT TO THE CLIENT INSTEAD. THE SAID CLIENT HAS DEMENTIA AND DID NOT GIVE US THE PAPERWORK THAT WAS SENT TO HIM INSTEAD OF US. WE HAVE SINCE GOT NOTICE AND TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE AT HAND.

I have records of faxes, telephone calls and letters sent to the business that prove I did indeed contact the company for the information needed. I have verified this information. However, when I last spoke to my client he was asked if he wanted to end his money management services by Integrity Plus. He does not wish to do so due to his need for help. In order to prevent my client from being harmed by this process, I wish to stop this process. I have received a statement that is purported to be the information needed. I will keep all these records in case of future need.
