Integrity Pool and Spa

Great company. Work was completed in one day and it was very satisfactory. My pool had been closed for 3 years prior to purchasing the home. It was a swamp. Frogs were swimming on their backs, turtles were floating, the liner was so dirty and dingy you couldn't tell what color it was. It was the pool from hell. They set up a date to come out, drain the pool, put in a new liner and it was awesome. Yes, they met my expectations and was great to work with.

Review: I hired this company August 4 of last year to repair plumbing in my inground pool. They claimed to repair it. The first time I opened the jets the plumbing blew open and I had to close pool for the year. The leak was worse than it had been before they had tried to repair the pool. I was not able to pump waster into the pool fast enough to keep the pool open. I asked them to come in the spring and repair the mess and they said they would. When I opened the pool this spring they would not come fix the issue. I ended up having to cut the pipe and seal it off to shut down the leak and now my jets are useless. I paid these people $685 to repair plumbing that blew open the first time we opened the jets. Very poor workmanship. If they pressure tested the line at all they would have seen this. Very poor workmanship and very poor customer service. I have the cancelled check from August 4th if there is any issue about the date. I tried to resolve this independent of the Revdex.com but these guys made wild claims about who said what and when they were here and just what their warranties were. I would expect a warranty to cover move than a month of in service use. This was just disgusting. I would recommend this crew to no one.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or refund my money so I can get someone else to do it.

Integrity Pool successfully repaired a difficult to discover leak in my pool. Also Integrity Pool both recommended and successfully implemented a much-needed retrofit of my original pool design, which has been problematic for several years.
In both cases the issues were difficult to discover and address. I am extremely pleased with the results that Integrity Pool delivered.

Since I’ve had my work done I have heard from others that have also had work done by Integrity Pool, such as vinyl liner replacements, and their feelings are exactly the same as mine.
