If I could give this a negative rating I wouldMrDircks took our money and never finished the work we paid him in full for! We had to seek legal representation and we will probably never get our money backDO NOT USE INTEGRITY POOLS and LANDSCAPING!

Gary *** with Integrity Pools and Spa, Inccurrently has SUSPENDED Licenses and can't legally work because he has multiple complaints against himFeel free to look him up on ROC.AZ.gov under License# & We have tried to work with him over a span of ONE YEAR to finish our pool and small amount of landscapingThe entire project should not have taken more than monthsHe has taken our money and completely abandoned the job as of 6/21/and we have not heard a peep from him sinceWe live in the same gated community, what kind of a human being are you to do something like this to your neighbors? It's a small town.....What Shame your Wife and Daughters must be feeling!

Integrity quoted on our small job in and said it would take one monthIt took five months to completeAfter the first month with little work completed I started meeting with Gary (President) weeklyEach week he would tell us what work would be completed and each week he would failI was amazed at his lack of "Integrity"He would have maybe one worker on the project each day which was never enoughIt was obvious the company had more projects than it could handleI had to act as the project leader directing the worker at times since they had no formal plan for the project workI do not recommend this company!

A pool was installed on my property by Integrity Pools and Spas Inc in I did a search with the County of Maricopa Permits, and found that the final inspection was never completed The inspection states they require a permit for the BBQ area and it was never requested

Our project is going on month seven nowWe only have work done in our yard an average of days (not even full days) per weekWe have contacted the business and do not receive clear answers or are we given an actual schedule of work to be completedWe would love to have our yard completed so we can enjoy it

Integrity Pools and Spas has been paid in full, but work has not been completedThere were some issues with the project that needed to be corrected and have not been doneIt has been months since date of project startThe pergola we paid to have installed had to be removed because of poor workmanship and materialsWe were told it would be replaced

The pool had a final inspection. Homeowner would not have been able to have gas clearance to connect to the meter. We would have not been able to pebble pool. I will be happy to look it up when I have time to do so.
