Service & Cancellation
I purchased this plan in March 28 2022. My name is Jaznique Richardson & giving that my dad has the ability to pay for my expenses such as my car if I am told to cancel something that me myself am not paying for, I will. If it is thought that this was a simple and easily resolved request it cannot be further from the truth. I tried to cancel this plan by the procedures contracted in my booklet and when I was asking for further instructions the alleged Manager; who told me his name was (RONALD) said that “I must not have read it, when I said I did he told me it’s a contract & do I know how contracts work?” Why is my intelligence being brought into question by someone who is in the position to help me? I was then told to call the number that was in the packet. When I muted the call between me and Ronald I hurried and called the number on the actual cancellation application which was the Omega auto care which is located in Florida & they then informed me that I am actually with Integrity Admin Group and they gave me the number to call. The number given to me was the exact number I was on the phone with speaking to Ronald. Mr. Ronald was not showing integrity or even common decency as someone who literally works in “Costumer service”. It seems that Costumer service is very lax at the establishment & if a costumer says they are confused about something pertaining to the company, you as a “Manger” should clarify. Instead Ronald; which I can’t stress this enough had verbatim asked me how will I be able to afford a breakdown once it’s canceled? As if that’s any of his business what me or my parents can afford. I did not call for a discount nor did I call for money advice. I called to get the address to send In my cancellation information. Once more my name is Jaznique Richardson and I know all calls are recorded, with that being said I hope the Top hitters of the company actually listen to these types of calls or even read reviews for said “quality insurance”. I also hope that INTEGRITY/Adverse (Which is the selling account clearly stated on page 1 of my exclusionary coverage agreement are actually as honest as their name suggests. I had stated on the call that my father has found something more affordable and he will be adding my car onto that. I never said he was adding my vehicle to his car insurance like Ronald and the man I spoke to who directed my call to Him was trying to portray. Them two male individuals were basically trying to put words in my mouth in attempt to force me to stay with the company. I asked him about a portion of the agreement about payment and if I stop payment will that also cancel the agreement and he verbatim again told me that “I am free to stop paying to them and have bank pay fees and go into the negatives because they will keep charging it”. These are his exact words without exaggeration. Who says that. That’s was a Middle finger too me because he was going to make it impossible for the issue to be resolved. In response I asked Ronald again to tell me the address to send notary & he danced around it, insulted me and never told me after constantly saying that’s the only reason for my call. It wasn’t until my third time calling that I spoke to the Floor supervisor who was a female & she gave me the PO Box Info. My dad might have been right in wanting to cancel and he might have been wrong but that doesn’t give anyone the right to try to shame or bully you into paying them every month for a plan you are very much wanting to terminate. Even a stray dog doesn’t deserve to be spoken to like I did today. Also the agreement booklet that was both MAILED & EMAILED to me only had two addresses inside and neither was the PO Box that was given to me this afternoon. The two males I spoke to previously withheld important information from me. Someone who has been paying you guys for the last three months. Ronald was pushy, demanding and hurtful and the conversation I had with his this afternoon has spark me to reevaluate my mental health again & has put me back in that dark place I have been working on getting out of since October of last year.

Yes I agree with you oh sooo much my husbands car had the engine light pop up so we just asked then what are the procedures when you take it in the lady explained...ok so if the amount was $5,000 that you have to pay you pay $3,000 and we pay $2,000 I was so dumbfounded when I heard this but my husbands did this because he didn't research to see how this company works and... what they truly offer so we took her in to the dealership come to food out he did have warranty actually the one that will cover for any engine problems and he can get an extended warranty through our dealership I was so exstatic so out service guy said he never heard from this company and he always had problems with these types of warranty places so. We got home I had him call and omggg! this lady was sooo rude! She kept on gloving him the run around saying did you look over the paper work to see what we offer I grabbed the phone right away and said to her:
OK so what don't you understand that my husbands just wants to cancel this warranty with you guys that's all he wants he wants his money back that he is owed since he didn't use you guys, she says I understand but I'm just trying to tell him to look over his paperwork,I cut her off I said no you don't seem to understand you keep on saying the same thing... then I said I told you we found out he has warranty we are covered,we are good, wer pay nothing out of our pocket so cancel this warranty and give him back his money. Ugh so he asked too speak to a manager she said oh they are busy! she finally said ok she will cancel it but if he wants his money back he needs to write a letter saying why he wants it back! Are you kidding me, then I seen 2 transactions done on that same day and I was like ohhh hell no so I called the back to file a claim that we did not authorize this! So they will investigate this if they need any further info I will say that they refused to give us the money they charged that with out our authorization and said "If" wer want out money back wer need to write a letter and that's if it gets authorized and only for a certain percentage these people need to Go To Hell they are horrible, horrible abusive, rude, unprofessional, thieves,crooks they need to get stopped. If they were understanding and professional they would have just said yes we understand and we are sorry to see you go then they would cancel us and refund our money Bam! like that. See our warranty we got extended with our dealership said if you guys change your mind there is no problem we will cancel it and reimburse you you're money back I was just amazed, but that other Stupid dam fake warranty place needs to shut down! So horrible so abusive with all these people they have no shame!
