Mr*** security deposit has been used to pay damages for failure to pay rent Mr*** rented a unit from Apple Apartments, LLC pursuant to a signed lease agreement. On multiple occasions Mr*** requested month-to-month leases and on multiple occasions Mr*** was told that
month-to-month leases are not offered by Apple Apartments. Mr*** moved from his apartment without fulfilling the terms of his lease. All charges to Mr*** account are pursuant to the signed lease agreement and the charges far outweigh the security deposit. Apple Apartments is not currently requesting payment of outstanding balances, but reserves the right to should this matter progress
