Review: Signed contract with contractor July 2014 for deck/fencing. Contract was to start within 72 hours of notification. Workers started June 26th (432 hours later). Deck completed on July 15th with no fence/railing with $8353 paid to contractor (another $1853 due at completion). Contractor contacted after deck completion six separate times about status of fencing/garbage left at sight. Contractor failed to provide a small dumpster for all job related debris at a cost of $320.00 per contract. Customer forced to hire separate contractor to remove debris at a cost of $200. Contractor stated five separate occasions via-email fence on order through Home Depot. Contractor unwilling to provide any details about status of the fencing railing. Contacted contractor on 01 August about status of fencing and was told that the fence was never ordered, nor would be, as future potential customers may have been lost due to talking with us about our experience. Customer has all supporting documentation to validate all above. Contractor refuses to return calls/e-mails.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $320.00 for dumpster.Reimbursement of $1645.00 for cost of fence. The $1843.00 owed upon completion was labor to insall fencing.Either fix orginal decking built 2 years ago (agreed to in contract) or $400 to hire another contractor.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]:

I am writing as counsel to Integrity Remodeling and Design, Inc. (“Integrity”) concerning

the above-referenced project. Please be advised that my client has authorized me to offer you the

settlement proposal set forth below, Otherwise, I am authorized to initiate legal proceedings against

you to recover the fill amount due and owing Integrity. This includes, but is not limited to the

imposition of a mechanic’s lien against your real property.

You had initially contracted with my client to construct a deck measuring 645 sq. ft. in size.

Later, you changed the contract to increase the size of the deck to 800 sq. ft., an additional 155 sq.

ft. The initial contract price was based upon the construction costs to my client of $16.74/sq. ft.

Therefore, you are responsible for the additional cost of $2,594.70 (155 sq. fix $1ó.74/sq. ft.).

Additionally, Integrity experienced an unforcseeable event in that your property contained

an extraordinary amount of rock, which resulted in added digging costs to my client. The rock

formations were so severe that my client had to incur the added expense of the rental of a

jacklianner, whereas an auger would nonnally suffice. The added manpower and equipment cost

Integrity an additional $2,535.00.

Finally, you have defamed my client to neighbors. As a result of your damaging my client’s

good name, it has lost a job at the Albriggs and another job at the Holmes home. As you are aware,

any delay was not the result of my client’s actions. You changed the contract to include the fencing

that had to be ordered from The Home Depot. Integrity is not responsible for The Home Depot’s

shipping problems. Should this matter not settle, then I have been instructed to investigate a

defamation action In spite of the losses experienced by Integrity, it will accept the sum of $1,750.00

exchange for muthal releases, including confidentiality provisions to protect Integrity’s good name.

My client has authorized me to advise that you have 5 business days in which to accept this offer.

Should you fail to do so, I have been instructed to pursue all legal avenues available to my clients.

Please direct all further communications to me.

Review: Patrick T[redacted], representing Integrity Remodeling etc. was contracted and had men complete work on our sunroom glass panel roof to repair leak in June 2015. Work entailed old caulk removel and recaulking of sunroom glass panel room. Contract included clause to return and correct any performance issues after repair. Patrick was contact the evening of repair to notify him that the leak continued and that it appeared that caulk was dislodged from 1/2 side of roof windows. Pictures were taken and sent to him. Through correspondance with Patrick he agreed to have men revisit and repair again however needed 3 days of "rain-free" weather. It is now Aug 28, 2015 he has not honored contract to revisit and repair. Multiple attempts have been made to contact and coordinate with him repair. He is either unavailable or fails to have men show up as agreed upon. Overall the company has not been reponsive to resolve contracted agreement for future repairs. I have contract. I have reserved $75 dollars of the contracted payment to be paid upon completion of repair.Desired Settlement: I would like the work completed to customer satisfaction.

Review: In May 2014 I contracted with [redacted] to replace my roof and gutters with GAF shingles and seamless gutters. He had done a roof for my niece and her friend and the work was satisfactory. His crew competed the work in a timely manner and everything looked fine. In June I noticed my gutters were overflowing and contracted Mr [redacted], explaining the leaking. After several phone calls I had my niece text him, he responded to her that his daughter was ill and he was out of town and would need another week before he returned. I waited past the week, nothing. My niece texted and called again, he responded to her that someone had been out and fixed the gutters when I wasn't there. Unfortunately, they didn't find the worst leakage areas near my garage, front porch, and front windows. I continued trying to get in touch with Mr [redacted] and the company without response. I am worried about my basement flooding and internal leakage. To date I've had to have work done around the leaks where the ground has eroded and shrubs have been damaged. I had someone look at the gutters, they are pulling away from the house and in some areas the shingles are covering the gutters, forcing water over the shingles. I need this repaired before my basement leaks or there is damage to my ceilings or walls. To date, October 25, I Have never been contacted regarding a repair. I have a contract, I paid him cash. At my age, I can't do the repair alone and I am a widow.Desired Settlement: My first choice is to have a competent person come out while I am home and repair the problems so my roof and gutters are working well. If that isn't possible, I want a refund so I can pay another company to take care of this.

Review: Had my roof (shingle roof and Flat roof) replaced by Integrity Remodeling and Design on May 20th 2014. It has not even been 3 months and the flat roof is letting water in the house, which is coming through the light fixture. As this was discovered email and phone calls was made to the owner with multiple voice messages. Nothing has been returned regarding this issue. Upon having the roof inspected after this it was noticed that they did not seal the flat roof properly causing this issue. While one the roof looking into this issue we inspected the shingle roof. It was seen that they only painted the gutters in front of the house and deliberately did not paint the rest as some metal is still exposed. In the CONTRACT the gutters and front porch roof was to be painted. This same issue was seen during the period of the roof being installed and front porch being painted. It was discovered that his guys only painted half the front porch roof but the owner was quick to ask for the money for this before inspecting his guys work. Since I was holding money back he had this issue taken care of right away. He was also contacted and voice message left regarding the gutters not being painted on the roof with no return call. This is a clear validation of the CONTRACT.Desired Settlement: To have the gutters painted as what was originally stated in the contract and to have the flat roof looked into and make sure probably sealed as it has only been 3 months since installed. If this can't be done then refund needs to be provided as this is not quality work for what was paid for.

Review: Patrick has done many jobs in our neighborhood so we didn't think twice to contact him to have our siding replaced. He came out for an estimate right away and everything sounded great. We signed a contract with him in August and gave an $8500.00 deposit to order materials. We called Patrick weekly for an update but as the time went on, no product arrived and were given excuse after excuse for the delays. We asked for proof that the product was ordered and he did not supply. We contacted every siding company around and no one had our order. At this time, Patrick had become unreachable. Failing to respond to emails, calls and texts. We have learned that he did not have a valid contractors license in PA and has been using a false business address. We have not been able to reach Patrick in over a month now and are out $8500.00.Desired Settlement: Refund
