When Mr*** returned to the shop, he said he felt like the transmission in his escalade was slipping, we explained that we would have to inspect it, when we attempted to drive it into the shop it barely even movedWe had to add quarts of oilThen we raised the vehicle on the lift and found
the line broken next to the radiator, and *** informed that he had recently replaced the radiator, to which we suggested he return to given shop to fix the line and we explained that an external damage line would not be covered under warrantyHe says we left it like that we do not believe that is the case because when we repaired the transmission on 6/11/and he had the problem on 3/14/17, months had passed, we then thought that it would be impossible for it to take months for the line to breakWe believe that after we fixed the transmission was when the radiator job was done, we did tell him that if the repair shop removed the transmission we would fix it for $dollars to which he agreedWe added more oil and he took the vehicle to the repair shop of the radiatorHe returned telling us that the mechanic felt bad for what had happened and would be removing the transmission free on charge and agreed to bring the transmissionHe never brought it or called by telephone, but he had agreedFrom the start when he brought the vehicle on 6/8/we explained what the problem was with this transmission and he needed to reconstruct it and he agreed to the price and warranty and the terms stipulated in (warranty agreement)

He says we left it like that we do not believe that is the case because when we repaired the transmission on 6/11/16 and he had the problem on 3/14/17, 9 months had passed, we then thought that it would be impossible for it to take 9 months for the line to break. We believe that after we fixed the transmission was when the radiator job was done, we did tell him that if the repair shop removed the transmission we would fix it for $600 dollars to which he agreed. We added more oil and he took the vehicle to the repair shop of the radiator. He returned telling us that the mechanic felt bad for what had happened and would be removing the transmission free on charge and agreed to bring the transmission. He never brought it or called by telephone, but he had agreed. From the start when he brought the vehicle on 6/8/16 we explained what the problem was with this transmission and he needed to reconstruct it and he agreed to the price and warranty and the terms stipulated in (warranty agreement)
