*** *** They are lying and when they first excepted my money before an repairs were finished inside my property I was told they would stop the leak and guaranteed that if it didn't they warrantied their work and any issues that may arise would be resolveIn addition, I was ensure I was getting a brand new roof on all three of my roof which would resolve the reason I procured Integrity Roofing services in the first place and in reference to the chimney they replace bricks and mortar to even sure the roofing system was tightI would not have paid $to someone who told me it might leak and you will have to pay more; I was ensure by the salesperson as I previously stated that these were brand new roof with all the brick pointing needed included in the costRevdex.com do you think I would have given $to someone who told me the roofs are brand new but your chimney is your problem, they inspected the job and I trusted their integrity and what they said I needed I am not a roofer, how would I know the were putting a band on not a new roof; the roof was not properly installed and that is the problem If they stand by their work ask them for their insurance info so a professional on their behalf can tell you it was installed improperly, look it up on line the were supposed to remove all previous roofs, then reinsulate then install the *** roofing system which I've only learn through hiring another roofing company and then investigating *** roofing material they shortcuted to save time and moneyPlease feel free to *** *** and contact the manufacture who won't warranty my roof because it was not installed properlyAnd as you know from trying to contact them for me they don't answer the phone, I have left messages with no return call only an email I can forward you of lies that they were @ the property and spoke with my tenants, who I ask and they stated the only roofer they saw was the one I brought there after igsaucing my self trying to get a response from Intergrity Roofing this last time; they can blow smoke to try to distract from the facts but if I were Revdex.com I would not let them continue to claim being Revdex.com accredited , they have no Inergrity and I plan to contact the Attorney General with our corespondent after I pursue legal action against Integrity Roofing

I am rejecting this response because:
Based on the contract *** material was supposed to be
used and in this case only the shingles were *** and nothing else.(I have
pictures to support)Also the work was not done according to the contractThe
contract called for a certain material ( *** ice and water shield ) to be applied to
the entire flat roof and it was notIt was only applied to the first feet
Mike (the GM as I have been told) came out to collect payment for an unfinished
jobAccording to the agreement payment shall be made once the job is
percent completeDuring our meeting when I started to show him the damage that
was done by his employees he walked off refusing to hear my concernsLater
that day he threatened me and threatened to rip the roof off if I didn't pay
him even though the job was not completedThe trash was supposed to be left in
a neat pile, the trash was left all over the perimeter of the house, ruining
shrubs and bushes ( I have pictures to support) Now I have to pay someone else to callect the trash they threw all around the houseA foot piece of gutter was
destroyed by his negligent employees because he put the ladder on it and crushed it (pictures to support), Step flashing and plywood was not applied
at critical area were previous leak wasThe entire roof and most gutters are
full of debrisThe new shingles are damaged in a couple of places due to the installer’s
negligenceHe has gotten away with my money, destroyed my property, gave me
damaged material and has left me with an incomplete job which has a very short
life before it starts to leak as critical areas are only patched with sealant
and no membrane behind to prevent water from penetratingI demand a refund of
the material that was not supplied according to the contract and full
replacement of the damaged shingles, gutter, siding (siding against the adjacent
wall of the lower roof which was ripped off, damaged and improperly put back
allowing for water to leakThe company failed to do it right the first time I cannot
trust them to fix the problems when I am not there, they have taken shortcuts
and did a sloppy jobDuring the time the shingles were being installed ,the employees of this company entered my house when I wasn't thereWhen I got there after work they were in my house which was locked prior to them gettign thereWhen I told the representative that this happened he refused to accept it and called me a liarUntill this day this company still has not come to walk the job and address my concerns

06-26-2014Good Afternoon [redacted],In response to this customer’s repeated claims faulting Integrity Roofing Inc. (I.D. [redacted]) for her leak issues, we informed [redacted] that our roof system is not the cause of her leak. We instructed her via several phone calls that her chimney...

needs to be repaired because that is where the water is infiltrating. We responded and dispatched a technician to her property each time she had called us about a leak. After several trips we performed a “water test” and there were no leaks due to the roof system. If [redacted] still wants us to come out to her property again, there will sure surely be a charge for this because it is too costly to constantly dispatch our technician for a problem that is not applicable to us.Mike was kind enough to give [redacted] his cell phone number so she could call him directly without going through the office, which is protocol. After the above actions had taken place, [redacted] contacted Mike on his cell on a Sunday morning where she used the most foul language and gave him an earful because she thought we did not come out to her property. This is her rental property and her tenant did not communicate to her that we were in fact at the property.It is the hope of Integrity Roofing Inc. that this matter will be handled in the most professional fashion with the Revdex.com as pertaining to our Accreditation. Per our phone conversation regarding this customer, I believe that at this point we should have a [redacted]  Representative come out to the homeowner's property and perform an inspection of the newly installed Roof System.
Hopefully we can end this and move on with  an amicable outcome.

Good Afternoon [redacted],
In response to this customer's complaint, I would like to state the following:
1. It is a fact that it has been two weeks since the check had cleared but the 2nd weekend was Labor Day Weekend which we do not perform or schedule any...

work.
2. When we did go out to meet with customer to receive payment, he started verbally abusing my employees and using foul language during our conversation. At this point it was very clear that the customer simply did not want to handle the situation with any kind of calm demeanor . We left the property and told him that the Estimator who signed the contract with him would be in touch. 
3. We informed him that if payment was not made, we wold place a Lien on his property . He reluctantly gave us a check for $ 2,000.00 leaving a Balance of $ 900.00 still outstanding. 
4. The trash was left on the property as instructed by customer to eliminate the cost of a dumpster. He said he would have debris placed in a dumpster provided by himself at his cost.
5. We informed the customer that we were able to come out Friday but he refused and said it had to be Saturday. Unfortunately that was not able to meet our schedule. We expressed to him emphatically that we wold be more than happy to come out during the week to resolve this matter but again he refused. 
In summation, we have performed all work as per Signed and Accepted Proposal. We are absolutely willing to resolve this matter at any day during the week of the customer's choosing.

We’re very pleased with the work performed by Integrity Roofing. They are very professional and thorough in the way in which they do their work. Their customer service is outstanding. They are honest, clean, and neat. No debris of any kind was left behind. We have a flat foam roof that needed substantial repair work. They assessed the situation, provided us with a reasonable estimate, and performed the work in a very timely manner. They certainly stand by their work and are willing to come back to inspect their work months after it has been completed. Prior to committing to having them do the work we asked them to provide us with references. We called the references and everyone on that list had the same positive experience. They offer a very comprehensive 5 year warranty. Their communication is outstanding and their workers are excellent. We greatly recommend them. And we have mentioned to them that they will be contacted, and paid by us, to have one of their workers present whenever we have any type of work performed on our satellite dishes or air conditioners in order to make sure that the roof is not damaged by any repair technician.

Review: I have made multiple complaints concerning work performed on my roof by Integrity Roofing Inc. products and their failure to correct the problem has frustrated me even more. They came out on a few occasions to my location at [redacted]; however they were unsuccessfully in stopping the leaks. My Tenants are complaining and refusing to pay rent until the problem is correct. I can no longer trust the integrity of this roofing company, therefore my complaint is based in a request for return of at least 50% of the the five-thousand six-hundred dollars invested into this company. I need to move forward and seek the trust and integrity of another roofing company. Please take this complaint serious and it would be greatly appreciative that a response is given within a timely fashion due to the rainy and windy months of April.Desired Settlement: refund of 50% of cash

Review: Integrity Roofing installed a new roof on our home in 2011. This roof was advertised and installed with a 30 or even 50 year warranty. In May 2014 I observed a leak and immediately informed Integrity Roofing about this issue. I have been promised that someone will contact me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. I never got a response. Since May 2014 I have called Integrity Roofing at least 10 times. I always was told that someone will contact me shortly or within 48 hours. Three times I was connected to a "senior person" within Integrity Roofing (his name was Mike). He also promised to contact me for an appointment. Integrity roofing has my address, my home phone number, and my cell phone number and email address, but never contacted me as promised or gave any explanation why they are refusing to fix the roof that they have installed with a 50 year warranty. In the meantime I have observed a second leak and also immediately called Integrity Roofing. The respond was the same: "Someone will contact you shortly". During the last three weeks I have tried to contact them but was always connected to voicemail. I left messages to call me back (with detailed call back information), but never get a response. I also contacted them by email through their company's website leaving email and phone information - without any response. I have asked a different roofing company to give me a quote for the required repairs. The estimate was $750. I have not asked that other roofing company to do the work - first I wanted to file this complaint regarding the totally unacceptable business practices of Integrity Roofing - and give them a last chance to fix it.Desired Settlement: After I have been waiting now for 5 month for Integrity Roofing to fix the leak in the roof that they have installed. I would like to the them doing the repair within the next 8 days. Any further delay would create unacceptable damage to my home in case of any bad weather conditions.

Review: It has been two weeks since I made my final payment and I have not received a phone call to finish the job which was left unfinished. The contract states the money is due when 100 percent of the job is completed, the job is not 100 percent completed. I was threatened by the company’s representatives. They refused to come out and walk the job so I could express my concerns I was told they would come back out to fix the issues after the check was cleared, the check cleared two weeks ago.

They damaged my property (gutter, siding, and shingles) and left trash all around the house and all over the roof. Trash was supposed to be put in a neat pile and it was not. The proposal calls for [redacted] material and only the shingles were [redacted] and nothing else. Also the proposal calls for ice and water shield on the whole flat roof and that was not done!

Critical areas where It had leaked before where done improperly. They are only patched with caulk and nothing else to prevent water from entering the house. I have standing water on the flat roof as that was installed improperly. I have been taken advantag e off and ripped off by the level of service and quality of job.Desired Settlement: Replace the damaged products and finish the job as per contract.
