Review: I have been paying for a monitoring security system for 8 years, During the past 8 years my alarm has gone off on a few occasions and we never recieved a call from the security company or our police dept. A few years back I made the installer aware and he supposedly adjusted the system. During the past 2 years my alarm was sounded in the middle of the night from the front door opening and on several other instances. None of which were we contacted by anyone to see if this was an emergency situation. I sounded the alarm off myself on purpose just to make sure and I confirmed that I have been paying to be monitored for 8 years with no one monitoring. Ive been trying to cancel and they just keep sending me bills.Desired Settlement: I just want to be done with this company, and move on to a real security company
