Best customer service in automotive services! As a single mom the maintaince and care for my car and affordibiity is a big concern. At Kettering automotive the owner took care of me as one of his own family members he doesnt inflat the price like other shops that leave you feeling like you got ripped off! They are very friendly upon arrival, they will prepare you a quote and estimated time frame of when your car will be done. Unless requested they only do services requested, and they dont try to upsale you bogus services that truly are not needed! Whenever I take my car into another shop to take advantage of advertised specials I end up spending way more than what was advertised due to hidden prices and fees at K.O. Automotive they are up front with full price prior to beginning services. I also love that when my car started running rough all I did was call.. With no appointment needed the owner told me to bring in on in and they would get it figured out and me back on the road. Within 20minutes they knew what was wrong and exactly what parts I needed. Within a week I was able to fix my car and get to driving a reliable and safe vehicle for me and my child. I recommend their services to everyone I know and tell them it maybe a little bit of a drive but the savings, custoer service and quality of work its well worth the drive!
