Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response belowI did reach out to the business so I call bs on him saying they haven't heard from me and they are not being truthfulNot my fault if they do not check voicemails or return callsThey have NOT honored the contract for MANY months how are they to honor it after its been broken? I have copies of the contract and the months they have missed that the tech stated they WOULD rebaitThe only solution is I want a refund as they violated and broke the contractThey refused to return any calls and the customer was misleadThey do not want to wok it out that's fine I will file a civil lawsuit as well as pass along social media their actions and misleading technicians they haveThat they DO NOT honor contracts and could care less about their customersThey will lose more business then what they owe me in refund Regards, [redacted]

In regard to Mr [redacted] response, services were provided and as I stated earlier he wanted more then what he was paying forAlso in response to him wanting a refund, services were provided this is NOT A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANYWe do an honest service and do it to the best of our abilityServices were provided as outlined in the svc agreement therefore there will be no refund issuedThank youIntegrity termite and pest services

In regard to *** *** we terminated service back in due to the fact that he wanted us to service more than what he was paying for and I as the company owner refused to do thatMr*** contacted me personally and I explain to him that I could not service his house for what he was
paying for and he was not happy with the outcome of me terminating his service

I am rejecting this response because:I feel like this was a bait and switch kind of company. We agreed upon an initial price that I paid upfront. After which, the service was supposed to continue on for a lifetime at a $40 fee every time my yard needed to be treated. The only condition was that I never moved houses. Which I never did. I continued to pay this company over 2 years, over 16 times, all of which I kept receipts. The owner told me every time I saw mounds in my yard to call him and he would treat it. The company was immediately compensated for all of the work that it did, at the price we agreed upon at the time the service was rendered. Eventually, the owner decided he was not paid enough to continue to come out. The owner outright told me over the phone that it was no longer affordable for him to continue to treat my yard. I have tried to resolve this issue with the owner numerous times and now he has waited a year to respond to this complaint. The Revdex.com tried to contact this company 6 months ago without any response and I had assumed this case would have already been closed. I am not interested in dealing with this company in the future and do not wish for any more treatments. I also am not asking for any of the $40 retreat payments to be refunded. I am only asking for the initial $438.42 because he did not hold up to the agreement. That would be the only way to resolve this issue at this point.
