Dear [redacted] I would like to thank you for the opportunity to reply to your complaint and supply you with the supporting information to clarify this misunderstandingI would like to address each of the points you have stated in your letter so that we make sure ASF has answered you completely I have attached a e-signed confirmation agreement with [redacted] , Choir DeptPlease note that the last time we worked with a school in your district was the early fall semester of and the items were delivered in FebSince this time we have not contacted any businesses in your area If a member of your team could make available date & times that calls were made to ASF I will research the call information to find out how/what happened when your associate called our officeIf the call(s) attempt was after Nov 18, we had a new phone system installed that has created an abundance of phone drops, disconnects and phone line failures that we have worked to resolve over the past monthWe apologize if this has created any ill will between us as we strive to work with all our customers to answer any questions and resolve any concernsOur company does not use the word "District" to describe any school, organization, team or community that we have ever worked with in the past or presentOur agreements are with specific organizations within a school and we always refer to a school specifically by nameAs we do not have district agreements and are not associated with all the schools within any district that is not a word we use either in our customer conversations or within our office communicationsI would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with whomever is stating that we used the word "District Fundraiser" or "Distributed to all the families in the District." I am aware of other companies that work similarly to ASF in concept but use the word district and offer different distribution but we do not practice this conceptWe agree that we did collect money for product, designed the product, produced the product and shipped the product as provided by a delivery signatureWe provided product to the Choir dept and did not solicit, describe, state or infer in any way that the District was involved or that the product would be distributed to all families in the DistrictWe appreciate your time in reviewing our response and hope that the information we provided answers your concerns about ASF and all of your points in the initial complaintWe look forward to continuing to work with you and your office in every way possibleSincerely, [redacted] ASF
