Integrity Towing

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Integrity Towing added hours of service to our bill that were not hours of service received. We believe our bill was created with the thought in mind that the insurance company would just pay the bill. Integrity Towing actually said, "What do you care? The insurance company is just going to pay the bill." I believe what they did was fraudulent and extremely unfair for my husband and I. We contacted integrity towing numerous times trying to understand the bill and request it be fixed to show accurate times. Integrity Towing refused to work with us to try to fix the bill. Please let me know if there is any other information you need from me. I appreciate all and any help you can give with this matter. It has been very difficult dealing with Integrity Towing. The seem unwilling to admit any wrong doing and something needs to be down to fix this and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Regards, [redacted]
