"Integrity's" website offers online check-in - which is deceptive. There is no check in and you are not given ANY priority over other patients, regardless of the severity of your illness. The PA called in the wrong scrip, the nurses and MA were not very nice at all (the MA looked like she was in pain even having to be in the same room as me.) You'd think that they'd understand that someone who can't breathe at all may be a bit upset that less emergent patients were called back first, yet they did not. Everyone was rude except the PA, some of them would not even reply when spoken to. I also did not receive any information pertaining to HIPAA compliance, which definitely concerns me. I'm not sure if they're compliant or not, quite frankly. I'll never return and I'm looking HARD for their corporate number!!

Bunch of crooks. Took 105.00 to refill my [redacted] which is always a 12 month supply. Would only write a script for 30 days. I waited 3 hours to get in. They could have told me that up front, and saved me 105.00 and half my day. Last family doctor I went to charged over 500 to walk through the door. I made a lot of calls and went to them as they were least expensive and I had no other needs. They should have told me they would only do 30 days. Deceitful practice. I had the lab work in hand, dosage, everything. Now within 30 days, I am going to have to shell out more money to have someone finish the job.
