Integrity was hired to move household goods from *** ** to *** *** They picked up the household goods on October and broke a tv stand and told us to file a claim They advised the goods would first be available for delivery on October 23, That did not happen, then said the goods would be delivered between October 27-29, that did not happen We were then told the goods would leave Texas on October 30, that did not happen On November we were advised our goods were in their warehouse We requested the goods be returned They would only redeliver the goods for payment in CASH Upon return we were missing a brand new TV and was told that employee "Oscar" had taken it and to file a claim However, when we filed a claim we were told they no longer handled claims for Integrity In addition, a leather couch was ripped and a chair had stains on it
