Moved from Saint Augustine Florida to Suffolk Va Had house hold items that were damaged and was told to file a Claim with CSI Filed Claim with CSI and waited the days to process the claimI was sent a letter stating that due to lack of response from integrity they could no longer handle claimI was told I need to speak with the moving company I have reached out on several occasions and have emailed and gotten no response

I Contracted with Integrity v/l to move my furniture from Ca to South CarolinaI was promised a delivery of August It is September and nothing I contracted with integrity van lines on 7/15/to move my house furnishings from California to South Carolina Their DOT # is XXXXXXX and MC is XXXXXXI asked if they are a broker, they said no, a integrity van lines truck would show upOn moving day August 21, a budget truck showed up, and it wasn't even integrity employeesSince I had already given integrity a $deposit I was in a situation where I had to use themI asked integrity to be moved based on weight, which they said fine, but when the subcontractor started packing, he measured in cubic ftHe assured me I would be fineAfter everything was packed, the new estimate was more then double! I was trapped They came at 5:00pm, and finished at 1:amI Had to sign, they now had all my belongingsThe next morning I realized they had not inventoried my furniture, so

[redacted] Moving my 80 year old parents from GA to PA. It was all good while rhey were quoting and booking it - no problem getting them there on the 30th - let's do pick-up one day earlier just to make sure - just in case of bad weather or something....that's what I was told. A few people fly up, a few drive - all to help get hem unpacked and settled - it's a lot for elderly folks to do on their own. Now we are sitting here waiting - no movers. Can't get a hold of anybody, 4 messages to an answering service with no reply, finally get a hold of someone by calling a different number and while on hold with them - the dispatcher calls to tell me there should have been no confirmed date of delivery - my parents stuff is still SITTING IN Georgia!! It won't be here for another 4-5 days before it will be delivered! This doesn't even cover the extra charges they tacked on....extra charges for extra items - totally get that and have no problem paying for it. The extra fees for wrapping and some other charges that weren't initially on the quotes but were there when the movers had all their furniture already on the truck - just crazy. [redacted]
