I called Integrity yesterday in the afternoon because I needed a new Water Softener and they just installed it todayAmazingJohn was a great guy and he knew his stuffHe uninstalled my broken Softener and put in the new one which is a Fleck 5600sxt and he answered all my questions and went over the new system with meIt also comes with a year warrantyAgain, amazing!!! The technician, Kyle did was highly knowledgeable and fixed our programming in minutes I was so impressed with this company adn its staff in every way As a personal assistant, I deal with companies and employees all the time and have come to expect sub par service I was so impressed with Integrity Water Solutions that I will never use anyone else in town You can't go wrong with this company!

I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt that I needed to for the fantastic job that was done by Bryan and his crew at Integrity Water Solutions. My wife and I got 3 quotes on a new water treatment system when we began our search. 1 from a big national wholesale warehouse, 1 from a top [redacted] search, and 1 from a [redacted] search. Integrity Water Solutions was the one I found on [redacted], they had several great reviews which led me calling to get a quote from them. We did our homework, met with them all, and found Bryan at Integrity to be -- by far – and I mean really by far -- more knowledgeable than both of the other 2 put together. He knows so much about these systems it’ll make your head spin! While the others were focused more on closing the sale, Bryan’s approach was much more informative and consultative. He designed a system that would fit our family’s needs, took the time to answer all of our questions, and then gave us a price that we felt was a really good value for it all. I felt very confident that not only was it the right product for us, but that they would do a good job putting it in.
We love our new whole house water system and RO, it makes a very noticeable difference in the scent, taste, and feel of the water. I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a system. I can also say that Bryan and his crew did a great job with the installation and they went above and beyond to make sure that the job got done right and that I was happy……which I absolutely am.
