First and foremost-this complaint refers to the inadequacy of the work done by your company, not a characterization of my attitude or demeanor as your response has statedIf this were to be a name calling or psychoanalysis study I could easily say that the candor of your response plainly shows the unprofessionalism of your company when it comes to addressing the issue at hand let alone remedying the issues I discussed in my complaint In the response it is stated that we ‘were hard to get a hold of’- which is completely falseUpon returning of our phone calls it was discussed when we were available at our home and the individuals involved with be it the issues to be fixed or various estimates or opinions would purposely come when we were not home- doing work haphazardly and quickly in order to avoid us and our basic concerns about doing the job properlyThe sub contractors involved in doing the work (we had specifically asked if sub contractors would be doing the work and were told that they do not employ subcontractors) would come at odd times and hours to do the requests we had but would be at their convenience between jobs that they had within their own business and the work they were doing for IntegrityWe were beyond happy with the work that was done but left hanging when it came to questions involving covering the vents to the attic under the soffit, or why water was collecting behind the siding and as to why various areas of the soffit looked unfinished leaving large gaps and holes In your response you claim that [redacted] of [redacted] came to our home (yet again when we were not home) and ‘he said the gutters were 100% ok and he would not go back there no matter how much I paid him’ is completely inaccurate to what transpired- actually I called [redacted] after receiving a message from him and he told me on the phone that his expert opinion was that the gutters were installed incorrectly- the pitch was offNo other discussion transpired with him about fixing what he said was wrongI believe that he also was subcontracted by IntegrityHis professionalism on the phone did not pinpoint or allude to ‘not go back there no matter how much I paid him’- another falsityThe owner of Integrity then called after him stating the gutter issue was due to gutter guards in the guttersTwo very conflicting ideas- which one is it? The siding is now rippling and coming away from the house due to the gutters pitch being completely off In reference to the ‘after the fact’ estimate on two windows on the back of our home – an estimate was done by Tim, who is an Integrity salesmthe ‘no thank you’ is also a falsehoodHe came to our home and provided us with an estimate on the windowhich we decided upon not doing at the timeSo, yes, the window estimate was done by Integrity and by their salesman The problems referenced in my complaint have not been addressed- be it in the response or otherwise- but an attack on my demeanor as a homeowner who paid for work to be done properly seems to be more importantI paid for the job to be done correctly, my concerns are very valid- they concern the integrity of the work done and how blatantly I am misrepresented as ‘miserable’ when in fact I am concerned for how this inadequate job is going to affect my home and wallet in the future due to gross neglect of their inadequate and careless workWhy have a warranty that states ‘Life time transferable warranty on material and labor’ if they don’t keep their word? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ***

Company responded by phone 12/8/2015-nkmMrCary S*** states that there were two pieces that his company was unable to manufacturerHe states that the consumer was able to find a manufacturer that could do the partsMrS*** states that they have adjusted the consumer's bill to cover the
payment for those two parts
