Integrity Window Installations

The contractor/owner also does window replacement. He does this through DBS and Associates, LLC. I contracted him to replace all my windows in the house. He came out to measure my windows. In addition, he will provide labor, material and hauling of old windows and materials. On the day of installation he did not make aware to me that 4 windows (one in kitchen and three in bedrooms) were not the correct size. They were shorter in length and even after framing there was still a 1 inch gap from the top of the window to the window frame. He added a 1 inch wood piece to cover the gap. I noticed this after installation and asked him to please order the correct window size and reinstall the windows. He refused and his only solution was for me to take him to court.
