going to take to finish the siding I called in a different company to finish itThe other company stated that it would be at least weeks before they could complete the job*** *** stated that if we were not complete by certain date she was terminating Integro as her contractorSince she terminated Integro Construction the balance of the work that was completed is dueWe never refused to complete the workIntegro Construction can attest to all that is written in this statement with correspondence and recorded phone callsShe claimed to contact the news and stated that the district attorneys office is handling the matter which is also falseShe is claiming that we are running a fraudulent companyIntegro Construction is listed as one of only contractors is the state of Texas to be *** approvedWe have put roofs on people homes who have been scammedWe have many many satisfied customersThe construction industry in the entire nation is overwhelmed due to all the catastrophic damage in both Texas and FloridaSlow production is expectedWe upgraded *** ***s shingles and were upgrading her siding before she decided to fire Integro and not pay for the services that were renderedPlease remove this complaint since is has no merit or facts behind it

I am rejecting this response because:Integro Construction forged documents and without my consent signed my name to a contract with Genesis Solutions to obtain advance funding. I will produce several texts between myself and [redacted] about this matter and how I was repeatedly lied to regarding the repairs and Their estimated completion. In his response [redacted] stated that the gutters were replaced on the home, this is completely false and a lie! I originally hired Integro construction to replace the ripped off siding on the side of my house, Mr. [redacted] knew this was my main complaint and he never had any intention of doing any other repair then the roof! I hired this company in March 2017,Yet my roof did not get replaced until June 30, 2017! Mr. [redacted] has had Genesis solutions bully me for the remaining funds that are in my escrow account waiting for the proper repairs to get distributed! I have had an inspector come to my home to give me an estimate of how far along the repairs have been done he stated that they were 55% and that was just the roof something that had been replaced three years prior Mr. [redacted] never made any attempt to finish any of this job and in fact left the roof off of my house off of my house during a huge rain storm Because his incompetent staff did not finish the job ..... this allowed water into my garage causing a mildew leak. Mr [redacted] also states that I did not make a complaint with the local news station or the Attorney General’s office which I most certainly did on both counts, again Mr. [redacted] does not know what he’s doing in running a business, his incompetent company will not receive payment for repairs that were not completed ! Mr. [redacted] has in fact lied to Genesis solutions and told them that the all the repairs were completed which is a complete Lie! I also have voicemails from Mr [redacted] in which he continually promised completion ...I will produce all of these and having fact I already sent them to the Attorney General’s office and I’m waiting for response. My goal here is to prevent companies like Mr.[redacted] from stealing insurance money from other home owners.

Upon further review we relalized the gutters are not complete. Work order and invoice were paid. The work order was put on hold twice when the refusal of payment for the roof was made aware. The gutter crew was made aware of the situation and did not go to the property in fear of not getting paid as well. This is the bottom line. We never refused to do the work. We will still gladly finish if we are payed for what we complete. We were told by the homeowner she was terminating Integro Construction. Payment is due on what HAS been completed.
