This client contracted to work with my company to receive coaching and tools to support her already existing businessWe record all conversations and can supply the Revdex.com along with the client ( as I've offered her in previous emails) access to the recording so she can be reminded that she entered
into the legal binding contract with full authority and knowledge in addition to her advising sessionsThe client entered into this contract on 3/21/ She met with her advisor on 3/27/2014, 4/8/and then rescheduled until they met again on 5/20/2014, 5/21/and then on 6/2/she adviced us that she was having catarac surgery and would be back in touch to rescheduleOn 7/9/I received an email from the client regarding statutes that weren't relevant to our contractIn my immediate response on 7/9/2014, I advised her that those statutes weren't relevant and furthermore that we needed to get on a call so I could make reasonable accomodations to support her request for a refundShe responded back later that day of 7/9/asking what *** statutes required her to talk with me over the phoneI explained to her that this was a company policy not a state law policy in which I wanted to get on the phone, understand her concerns and legitimately work together to resolve themThe client has to give the company an opportunity to resolve her issues which she is not responding to emails or returning phone calls to give us a legitimate chanceIn addition, I emailed a follow up to her on 7/12/and copied my attorney in the email asking for a response and a time to meet with the client to support her in resolving any issuesAs of today, 7/15/she has yet to respond
The client waited months to make an allegation that she didn't understand her contract which I have filed and signed by the client and a recorded conversation of her signing off on the contract in FULL understanding that we do NOT sell businesses but HELP businesses hence, training the client and helping them develop their social and online presence on the world wide web.
We have no issues with working with the client to resolve any issues/concerns she has but she has to be honest about her real motivation for seeking a refund rather than making claims that aren't substaintiated about the integrity of Integrous Business SolutionsIn the years of being in business, we've had complaints and have resolved them with the client who is willing to participate in the processFor whatever reason, this client doesn't seem motivated to receive a refund or resolve the issue which can only be done over the phone with me, the CEO of the company
I have offered this client via email access to all the recorded sessions and have sent her a copy of her signed contractShe has at this point refused to work with Integrous to seek any reasonable agreement for resolving her issueUnfortunately, we can't resolve an issue without the participation of the one with the issue.
Please let me know if you need a copy of the signed contract or recorded conversations for each coaching session and the date of the transaction when the client entered into a legal binding contract which states that a " client cancelling, failing to participate or not showing up doesn't not warrant a refund."

into the legal binding contract with full authority and knowledge in addition to her advising sessions. The client entered into this contract on 3/21/2014.  She met with her advisor on 3/27/2014, 4/8/2014 and then rescheduled until  they met again on 5/20/2014, 5/21/2014 and then on 6/2/2014 she adviced us that she was having catarac surgery and would be back in touch to reschedule. On 7/9/2014 I received an email from the client regarding statutes that weren't relevant to our contract. In my immediate response on 7/9/2014, I advised her that those statutes weren't relevant and furthermore that we needed to get on a call so I could make reasonable accomodations to support her request for a refund. She responded back later that day of 7/9/2014 asking what [redacted] statutes required her to talk with me over the phone. I explained to her that this was a company policy not a state law policy in which I wanted to get on the phone, understand her concerns and legitimately work together to resolve them. The client has to give the company an opportunity to resolve her issues which she is not responding to emails or returning phone calls to give us a legitimate chance. In addition, I emailed a follow up to her on 7/12/2014 and copied my attorney in the email asking for a response and a time to meet with the client to support her in resolving any issues. As of today, 7/15/2014 she has yet to respond.

The client waited 4 months to make an allegation that she didn't understand her contract which I have filed and signed by the client and a recorded conversation of her signing off on the contract in FULL understanding that we do NOT sell businesses but HELP businesses hence, training the client and helping them develop their social and online presence on the world wide web.

We have no issues with working with the client to resolve any issues/concerns she has but she has to be honest about her real motivation for seeking a refund rather than making claims that aren't substaintiated about the integrity of Integrous Business Solutions. In the 6 years of being in business, we've had 2 complaints and have resolved them with the client who is willing to participate in the process. For whatever reason, this client doesn't seem motivated to receive a refund or resolve the issue which can only be done over the phone with me, the CEO of the company.

I have offered this client via email access to all the recorded sessions and have sent her a copy of her signed contract. She has at this point refused to work with Integrous to seek any reasonable agreement for resolving her issue. Unfortunately, we can't resolve an issue without the participation of the one with the issue.

Please let me know if you need a copy of the signed contract or recorded conversations for each coaching session and the date of the transaction when the client entered into a legal binding contract which states that a " client cancelling, failing to participate or not showing up doesn't not warrant a refund."
